I have had Dr. Dass and his staff care for all of my pets for 13 years. This veterinary hospital is the best around! My cat, Felix had what I considered an emergency situation. I was new to the area in 2001 and called them on a Wednesday afternoon. I had forgotten that most practices are closed on Wednesdays for all or part of the day. When I called Greenmont, Dr. Dass answered the phone himself (as the staff had gone home). He told me to come in that day so he could treat my cat-even though they were officially closed! My Golden Retriever, Sunny was 9 years old when we discovered the beginnings of kidney and liver failure. Dr. Dass helped me manage her care for three years while trying to keep costs at a minimum. She was 12 when her quality of life had greatly deteriorated and the time had come to say goodbye. We brought her in to be euthanized on a Saturday; Dr. Dass was sobbing, too. This is the type of compassionate care and service I have had with Dr. Dass and his entire staff. Exams are thorough and never rushed. The animals are treated with kindness and love; prices are fair compared to other practices. I moved from Cleveland Heights to Solon and I continue to go to this practice - they are that good. Through the years, Dr. Dass and his staff-Brandi, Kathryn and others have become more than just a veterinary practice, they are my friends...I give Greenmont Veterinary Hospital 5 stars.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE NEVER TAKE YOUR PETS TO HIM!!! we took our cat in for end of life services, we had our 2 daughters with us.. after waiting in a room for over 20 mins.. hugging and crying and saying our goodbyes, to our beloved pet. Dr. Dass, came in screaming and yelling at us!! that he didnt have time to deal with our cat.. my husband and I were absolutely horrified and tried to understand why the vet, was treating us this way, my girls were traumatized, apparently he was yelling at us because my brother (who died in a accident years ago) had an unpaid bill for his dog that he had neutered over 10 years ago, and dr. Dass kept yelling he wanted his money, and that I was responsible for payment I tried explaining that my brother passed away, that I was not responsible for the bill... he then said I dont have time for excuses take your animal and get out.... my family and I left horrified... what a horrible excuse for a veterinary professional, I hope he gets his karma for what he did in front of my children and how he blatantly prolonged the suffering of our dying cat.. NEVER GO THERE

Greenmont is an excellent hospital to take your animals. Dr. Dass is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to educate his clients. The prices are reasonable and the quotes are accurate. And the staff is great. The assistant is gentle and caring with the animals and the receptionist is outstanding. She is very compassionate, efficient and always willing to squeeze my kitty in when needed. Thank you Dr. Dass and staff for showing my pets love and keeping them healthy throughout the years. Kudos to you!

I have a kitten whom I thought had a UTI and as a cat owner was so worried about her because I had lost my last cat to kidney failure. The assistants answered the phone and got me in the same day and were very pleasant. Dr. Dass was so welcoming and took amazing care of her with antibiotics, a bag of food, take home medicine and follow ups. Very, very pleased with his team!
