I initially came here for a second opinion and I needed to have four crowded teeth pulled all at once, The staff was friendly and the office was clean, The only issue was the wait after having my x-rays done I waited 2 and a half hours because they forgot that I was there lol, This wasnt a big deal because I wasnt in pain and I didnt have anything to do that day. That part that sucks is they told me that the anesthesiologist only comes in every other month so I would have to wait to be sedated, The dentist that I had was very honest and thorough with explaining what I needed done and offered to do the procedure (seal on my tooth)that day but being that I was already there for a few hours I opted to come another day, Upon leaving I was told that they would contact me when they had an opening for me to be sedated but the problem is they never said when I could expect a call nor did they ask me my name to set another appointment, so Im not sure how they would contact me if an opening to be sedated became available....I would like to return but Im kind of skeptical because of the long wait and no follow up its been a little over a month and I havent heard back from them, I may give them another try

I was skeptical to come to this dentist because of the reviews, but I gotta say, it was much better than expected. I couldnt find a dentist that took my insurance AND can get me in soon near Reynoldsburg so I checked this place out. I havent been to a dentist in a while and I knew the sensitivity I was having was probably do to cavities. I didnt go because Im terrified of the dentist. YES....I did have to wait about 30 min for my appointment, but everything else was too good. The place was really clean and open spaced. The dentist was very nice and she showed me what was wrong and what I needed. I guess I was right, I had cavities. I decided to stay longer because she told me I could get the filled that very day. I have to say, maybe its because of how things have changed now versus 10 years ago, but I didnt even feel the shots. They put some paste before and I got really numb from that already. I can chew great again. THANK YOUUUUUU DOC!

My appointment was at 130pm as a new patient, but while I was filling out paper work I heard at least 2 people complaining about their wait time, they have been waiting for 2 hrs, then a lady came in saying she had an appointment and she left so upset because there was a miscommunication and was not able to been seen, I ended up leaving because I am expecting and when I scheduled my appointment they never told me to bring in a letter from my dr saying it was ok, so when I told the receptionist she technically called me a liar that I didnt let them know I was pregnant. I was so pissed off and left I do not recommend this place

Brandy and Shauna are great employees cheerful,truthful and honest and very knowledgeable dealing with insurance. I had been to two dentist that gave me the run around about my insurance and lied and told me that my insurance doesnt cover crowns. When I came to Alpha Dental and talked to Brady she told me the truth on the whole situation concerning insurance. She was surprise that the other dentists didnt tell me about my insurance but its a learning lesson for me to know about my insurance and know what it covers and doesnt.

I want to say THANK YOU to the wonderful staff. They are so warm and welcoming. I especially love 3 people! My dentist Ms. Dr. Chung!!!! I love her entire life! And Ms. Brandy for always keeping it real and professional at the same time. I love her entire life as well and Ms. KayKay who runs the front desk! I love how they care and listen!!! I ve had such a wonderful experience with the office! Thank you for still accepting me even when Im moody lol. Alpha Dental is the best.

If you call to cancel a surgery they threaten you with You wont be able to come back to this practice anymore. They dont even try to get prior authorizations approved through your insurance they just want you to always pay for IV sedation. They dont even submit proper documentation how do i know because I work in the healthcare industry. There just another practice trying to make money off of the government programs out here.

I took my son hear a couple months ago and the experience was amazing. Katelyn at the front desk got us in right away. We have private insurance and she called and had everything in the system before we arrived so all I had to do was fill out his paperwork! Also the office was extremely clean in the front and the back. I would recommend alpha dental to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I needed two root Canals and got them done here, all to find out that they did not get out the infection or reach the bottom of the canal and I needed them both retreated and they referred me to OSU. When I finally got into OSU they told me that this place did not follow any standard of care and seemed to insinuate that they messed up my teeth. I would not trust them in the future.

This place was recommended to me by a co worker and Im happy i listened to him. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Great staff and friendly. Brandy and Dr. Chung is an awesome team together, Brandy would know what Dr. Chung needed before she would even ask! They are also good with children, my one year old even got a little fluoride on her two little teeth. Great work!!!

My son had an appointment at this office and I was a little worried about how it would go. Brandy was such a big help to not only calm me but my son down and make us feel very comfortable. Brandy has a good personality and is very caring. We will be returning. I recommended my friends with kids to come here all the time. Keep up the GOOD WORK

Professional environment with quality care. Techs Brandy and Heather will go out of their way to put you at ease and make your appointment a pleasant one. The dentist is very knowledgeable. After walking into Alpha Dental a nice clean atmosphere. Brandy who is such a happy person escorted me to my room. Dr.Chung who is so gentle with the numbing I didnt feel the needle not one time. Fillings done in a timely manner my mouth feels great. Thank you Brandy and Dr. Chung. Great work.
