I had an appointment at 12, arrived at 12, filled out paperwork. I waited in the lobby until 12:55. The girl at the front desk seemed like she was doing two jobs since she kept coming back and fourth. Anyways the guy that took us back in the room was not dressed appropriately. I dont think he understood Arabic bc none of my questions were answered. He took us to a filthy room and that was the breaking point. A pt in the lobby told me about an experience where the pt was chased out by a dentist who was insisting she needed tooth extractions when she believed other wise. Anyways, the building looked so outdated I couldnt believe someone was still practicing like that in 2017. I definitely do not recommend to anyone. Was a complete waste of time

I waited for two hours for dental. When I finally went back, I was waiting another 20 to 25 minutes for the xrays to be done and for the dentist to go over it with me. While waiting, I heard a man yelling "ow that hurts" and making other grunting noises several times in the room next to me. At that point, I decided to leave. The doors were scuffed, paint coming off the walls, and it didnt seem to be updated in the last ten years or more. The receptionist at front was very friendly, though the gentleman that took my xrays was not very personable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

There is no reason to set up an appointment with them because they will just take people in front of you if your not Muslim expect to wait over a hour and half after your appointment time schedule. It was very rude when you make an appointment and then they just take walk in before you. If I could give it a zero Star I would but what to you expect when it is affiliated with St Johns
