Superlative experience, start to finish. I cannot recommend this office highly enough. I have moved around quite a bit, so I have been to dentists in Baltimore, Boston, Chicago and all over Columbus, and I have never been to an office where the staff was so nice, the office so bright and modern, and the treatment so pleasant and painless. Some dental offices feel like an emotionally cold hospital. This one felt more like a warm and friendly home. Every single employee exudes kindness, compassion, and good humor. I have had two appointments at Stoneridge. The first was for a cleaning and exam. Ellie at the front desk greeted me warmly as soon as I came. Remi is, without a doubt, the best hygienist I have ever seen, thorough, with a feather light touch, and the warmest, kindest, friendliest demeanor you could ever ask for. Dr. Patel was also wonderfully friendly and good-humored (and he broke the news that I could use a few fillings gently and without a trace of pressure or judgment). Janetta, the office manager, also made me feel happy and welcome as I scheduled my next appointment. I’m sorry I didn’t get to meet even more of the staff—they seem great, too. Everyone smiled at me, and Mike, the hygienist in the adjoining room, poked his head in for some friendly banter at one point. My second appointment was to get three fillings, I have had (unfortunately) several fillings in my life, and I’ve gotten them at several different dentists, but I have never had an experience as comfortable as at Stoneridge. These fillings were in my lower teeth, and other dentists have had a lot of trouble getting me numb on the bottom in the past. However, Dr. Patel got me 100% numb on the first try, and I didn’t feel one single thing during the entire procedure. He also made it completely clear that if I felt even the slightest twinge, I should let him know so he could stop and get me totally numb—not like some other dentists who act like they to expect you to tough it out if they have trouble getting you numb! Tara, the EFDA specialist who assisted Dr. Patel, was equally friendly and clearly extremely skilled as well. She even got me a warm pillow to make sure I was extra comfortable. These were also probably the fastest fillings I’ve ever gotten. All three were done in less time than some offices have taken to do a single filling. But the process didn’t feel rushed, either. Tara and Dr. Patel were a great team. They checked and tweaked my bite meticulously until everything felt completely natural. The fillings feel great now. Unlike with some past procedures at other offices, I’ve had zero pain or cold sensitivity in those teeth. What a wonderful experience, start to finish. I will definitely be back! I started going to Dr. Levy in 1993 when his dentist office was in a converted 2-bedroom house @ Broad & James. I felt so comfortable on my first visit that I have never called him Dr. Levy, simply Mark. He moved into the Stoneridge Plaza @ Morse & Hamilton and this was quite a distance from my house in Grove City. I tried some other dentists around my area (Grove City Dental, Smile Makers, Gentle Family Dental) and I am now back with Dr. Levy NEVER to leave again. His knowledge and state-of-the-art advancements and technology are unparalleled by any other in the Columbus area. The staff has always made me feel right at home and I have never felt pressured into a certain procedure or financial situation. Lori and Rachel are wonderful. They have worked with me and helped with the billing, insurance, deductibles etc. more than once. I have referred a few friends to Stoneridge and they now share the same opinion as I do. Dr. Levy is one of the most kind and gentle people that I have ever met in my travels. My only regrets are that I did not find him sooner and also that someday he will retire. Mark, THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!

I came to this dentistry for the 6 months smiles program. From day one the staff was friendly and courteous. They explained the ins and outs of every procedure and why it was required. One thing I truly love about this dentistry is that the dentist confer with each other. Also, every person on the staff is looking out for you. I saw a genuine care in myself, the patient, and people that love what they do. You dont see that very often and it was very important to me. It showed that the staff works as a team. Yesterday, I had my braces removed and I am now the proud owner of a beautiful smile. I went from severely crooked teeth that were twisted nearly backwards to perfect and straight. Dr Moburger did not require any tooth extractions, listened to any and all concerns I had, saw me quickly if there was an emergency, and was just top notch! My family will be returning for cleanings. I am so glad I found this dentistry.

This is by far the best dental practice our family has seen. We all see Dr. Conkey - from our toddlers to my wife and I. He is terrific. Everyone in the practice is great; the techs are friendly and knowledgeable, the office staff is incredibly helpful (like going over insurance and helping to make appropriate decisions), and the office itself is clean and nice. I once had terrible tooth pain in the late evening on a Friday night. I called the office hoping to leave a message, and Dr. Conkey picked up. He was out on a date with his wife, but they left dinner and both came to the office to treat my pain - at his suggestion. I couldnt believe it. And there was not a trace of annoyance or frustration by either of them - they acted like they were hosting me! This is a dental team you want working with your family.

I had an exceptional experience at Stoneridge Dental last Thursday. I had an appointment later in the afternoon and I could tell that the office was busy. However, everyone in the office was observant of their surrounding so that each patient felt important and not rushed. Everyone was genuinely warm and welcoming throughout my visit, even those who did not work with me. Dr. Moberger answered my questions and concerns appropriately. I received botox treatment that same day from Dr. Moberger and I appreciated her thorough but conservative approach rather than jumping in and doing too much right away. Jenn, Dr. Moberger, and Remi did a phenomenal job at welcoming me to the office and I am looking forward to bringing the rest of my family to this office!

My experience at StoneRidge Dental has been nothing short of exceptional. I was pre-qualified for the 6 month smile procedure. I was advised that it may take a bit longer and that was understandable. After approximately 7 1/2 months I left with a new smile that I thought wasnt even possible. Dr. Conkey and all of the staff at StoneRidge Dental are just great. I did recently return for a check up and Dr. Conkey didnt like something--which I was clueless about-- he decided to complete another procedure to his liking. Now that is WAY above and beyond anything I would ever expect. You have a client for life, and I highly recommend calling StoneRidge Dental first.

I love going to Stone Ridge Dental Care and we have been going there since 2012. From the moment you walk in they treat you like family, they are very hospitable. The staff is very pleasant, considerate and kind. My whole family sees Dr. Patel and have been seen by several different dental technicians. The technicians are great, Paula is fantastic! No one could ask for a better dentist than Dr. Patel - professional, courteous, VERY nice and pleasant, genuinely concerned about you (the patient) and an active listener who actually hears what your concerns are and includes you in every step of your treatment plan.
