This was my first visit to see Dr. Merritt. I was referred to him by my endodontist and I could not be more pleased or impressed with both Dr. Merritt and his staff. Everyone, from the moment I walked in the door, was sooooo nice and friendly and welcoming. I felt like I had been coming there for years. Dr. Merritt was amazing. He spent more time with me at this first visit than the dentist I came from in the entire time I had been going there. He spent so much time with me not just discussing the current reason I was there but also addressing my concerns and discussing my future care and options. I was equally impressed with Dr. Merritts work. Dr. Merritt and his staff is the complete package, great environment, awesome staff, a doctor who does great work AND has a great personality! It was truly a pleasure to go to this office!

As always, I was treated like one of the family. Everyone was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Dr Merritts assistant who cleaned my teeth did an excellent job. She was friendly and I felt as though I knew her personally. Dr. Merritt is awesome. He is friendly, humble, gentle and smart! Dr. Merritt is cautious in his decisions not wanting to jump in without knowing all aspects of the problem. He always has a smile and puts his patients first. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I love Bridgemill Dentistry. They are so good that I keep falling asleep while they do their jobs!

Visits at BridgeMill Dentistry are consistently pleasant experiences. Our family has been coming here for over 10 years now, and we have NEVER had a bad experience. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, especially when it comes to filing insurance, and many of the staff know our names, adding that personable and friendly ambience. I would recommend Dr. Merritt and Dr. Cox to anybody, and you cant ask for a better staff of hygienists and all of the office personnel. I thought I would never ever say this, but I always look forward to visiting the dentist now!

Ive been going to BridgeMill Dentistry since 2008 when my family and I moved here. In 2014 I had to have extensive reconstructive work done and and no other dentist that I consulted had the capabilities or felt comfortable doing that kind of involved work. Dr. Merritt and the BridgeMill Dentistry team genuinely care about their patients and are the among the best Ive ever been to. Saying I "love" going to the dentist is a stretch, but they come as close as possible.

We brought our 5-yr-old daughter in to see Dr. Cox this morning after she fell last evening and hit her mouth on a stool. We were really concerned about her teeth. Dr. Cox and the hygienist were both very caring and sensitive to what a little 5-yr-old might be experiencing as a result of a painful injury; and at the same time, they were very thorough in evaluating her condition. We really appreciate the high level of care our daughter received. Thank you so much!

I have SEVERE anxiety when going to the dentist even if it is just for teeth cleaning. I usually end up crying and leaving like Im a burden to the staff. Dr. Cox was the first Doctor to sit and truly listen and tell me his own personal experiences. His staff was amazing also. They worked to together to give me the best care to get me through having a crown put on.

Great doctors, great staff! I have been to several dental offices around the country and this office is definitely the best. These docs are not trying to sell you on dental work that you dont need...They recommend care as if you were a member of their family. Staff are friendly and helpful, always trying to make your visit as pleasant as possible. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience. I went to another Dentist in the area. I was told that I needed $4,500 of work done on my teeth! I went to Dr. Cox for second opinion and I was told that I needed a filling for $253. What a relief. Office staff was super nice. Very impressive office. Drs. Cox and Merritt are absolutely the best dental team in the area. Look no farther if you are on the hunt for the best in no pain dental care. I speak with authority as I am a child of the 50s and was subject to some horrible experiences as a kid so I consider myself the ultimate "dental chicken".
