Small office setting, waiting room has tons of magazines (People, Lifestyle, Home Decor magazine, even sports and motorcycle magazines for men), and the staff is small and close knit. Chidlren under 12 years old are not allowed in the waiting room. Not a huge clinic atmosphere, like Premier, and that makes you feel more way comfortable. Do not have to wait 30 minutes to be seen be a by doctor like it does at Premier. I was called back from the waiting room in less than 10-15 minutes. Lab tests are not performed here, so you will have to go to another facility to have that done (but theyll give you all the info, you literally just go in the lab for tests and thats it.) Suzanne was a wonderful nurse I had who had, unfortunately on her part, had to deliver possibly the worse news to my fiance and I that our baby had stopped growing or "passed away" at only 9 weeks. She assured us that it was most likely due to a genetic defect and she was so sympathetic for us that it felt like we were speaking with a family member going over the information with us rather than a medical personale. She even went as far to refer to the fluid ring around the babys head as a "halo", which I cannot describe how helpful that was to my fiance, a very religious man.

This office is clearly overextended. We just went in for our FIRST ultrasound only to be told it was moved to a different date. The person from their office, Stacey, did not give us the different DATE, only a different TIME in the voicemail she left. I even had to play the voicemail for the staff because they didnt believe me. This was the ONLY day my husband could get off work to come with me. We were so excited to see our baby. We live off exit 1, so we drove 30 mins to get there. It didnt help that they were completely apathetic. They even made excuses for the person who rescheduled us. This was to be my SECOND appointment at Clarksville OBGYN. I have no confidence in any future appointments, and have already found a new doctor, and secured an appointment. I hear wonderful things about the doctors at Clarksville OBGYN, so I guess if you are willing to deal with the unprofessional office staff, you may have a better experience.

Couldnt find a babysitter so I had to bring my child with me. We dont know many people from here because my husband is in the military and we moved here not too long ago. As soon as I walked in they started laughing and said can you not read the sign? (Which said no children aloud) I said Im sorry I had no other option( told them why) and they said they could go sit in the car. Its 30 something degrees outside. I didnt even get a chance to get checked out. Im 14 weeks pregnant and Ive been having issues with lots of pressure In my stomach/chest area and lots of cramping and just needed to get checked out. The staff is very rude. Ive heard good things about the dr. But Ill never know if there true or not. Wont ever be going there again!

Dr. Coffey is amazing and she has been a great help during my first pregnancy. I have never had a bad experience with any of the providers here. My bills have always been processed correctly. Furthermore, I have only had to wait for an extended period of time 2 out of the 20 or so times that I have had appointments at this office. I even got the date for my ultrasound mixed up once and they fit me in right away. I have always been treated courteously by the front office staff as well. Clarksville is a military town, and so many women are having babies. I believe that my wait times have been very reasonable at this practice. I am a little surprised by some of the negative reviews that are posted.

I went here for my first pregnancy because I had heard great things about Dr. Johnston. She was wonderful, very supportive of all my choices, and always very patient. Although I had a long wait a couple of times, most of my appointments were right on time. Unfortunately she was not on call the day I went into labor. Dr. Crawford did my delivery and I did care for him. He seemed very rushed, didnt talk to me to tell me what he was doing and complained that I hadnt already been induced. I later found out he misread my chart thinking I was a week and 3 days past my due date when I was only 3 days. I would give Dr. Johnston 5 stars if you are looking for a good doctor.

All tho I love the doctors, i dislike that the waiting was always 20mins+, everytime i went to make another appointment they never tried to work with me on the times or days that i could go, the nurses just made it such an awful experience, i wish i would of went to another OBG. My ultrasounds not only were rushed but i couldnt ever see a thing, not to mention it was always painful to get one done with them, this isnt what i wanted to go though for my 2nd kid i wouldnt recommended this place if its your 1st, as i said before the only thing about this place i liked was the doctors but that was a bout it...

I have been a patient at this practice for 12 years, almost 13. I have seen just about everyone here, and I have never had a bad experience. I have had to wait longer than usual once or twice, but, things happen that are beyond our control from time to time. I do not have a single bad word to say about this place! I especially adore Dr. Crawford. I was lucky enough to have him deliver all three of my children, without any difficulties, thankfully. He just makes you feel comfortable and at ease, as well as his staff of amazing and wonderful ladies! Thank yall so much for being awesome!

Dr. Barker was wonderful; however having to suffer through the medical staff to get to him is not worth the trouble. I called the after hours number when I was having sever pains at about 14 weeks of pregnancy the after hours nurse told me if I was having a miscarriage there was nothing she could they could. Even if that is true that is not what a expecting mother wants to hear, a little bed side manner would make a big difference. I ended up changing doctors by 26 weeks to Dr. Hamre at Premier and I had a wonderful experience there.

AMAZING!! I had Dr.coffey and she was so sweet! Great sense of humor and never in a bad mood. She really helped me through my pregnancy, especially towards the end. This was my first pregnancy and it was such a great experience because of her! She took my concerns very seriously and answered all of my questions. I have never had a Dr. Before that was so personable and professional. LOVE this office. People will always hate things about Dr offices but I would say give this one a try.

The worse OB Ive ever been to, and the reason why I lost my 23 week baby girl. I had an incompetent cervix and they failed to diagnose me with it after multiple weeks of calling and complaining. Day before Christmas I was rushed to the ER, and all of the doctors didnt want to come in because they were busy. I lost my baby 24 hours later. Then when I go back for a check up, they made me do all the things a pregnant women have to do. Never again. The compete worst!!
