I would rate this office a zero if such a score were possible. Inconsiderate arrogant support staff from receptionists to nurses, to mammogram techs. When I went in for an ovarian ultrasound I arrived 35 minutes early. Ten minutes before my appointment the receptionist called me up and said the technician had told her that I had called that morning to cancel my appointment. When I said I had not called her, additional phone conversation continued between the two. The receptionist then said that the technician told her that I needed to wait longer between my appointment and the ultrasound, that I needed to reschedule for a later date. When I responded that that did not make sense and that I had had to drive 45 minutes to get there, the technician via the phone said she would see me. She called me back for the ultrasound, well after my appointment time, and was angry and non-communicative the entire time.

I have been going to Dr.Saucier for years and I can honestly say her staff is great and friendly and Dr. Saucier listens to your needs and more than just your doctor shes your friend I love them and will continue to go to her.
