horrible experience. never once did she show compassion or anything. She tried talking me into an adoption with my father in the room because my childs father wasnt in the picture. When my dad spoke up and said "well thats why Im here; to help her she is my daughter." Ringhoffer snapped and said "thats not your place." Also, I had to go back 3 different times for my prenatal labs. On 2 different occasions one of the nurses stuck me in 3 different places and couldnt get it right what so ever. When she finally got another nurse to finish it and got it, they forget to get one tube of blood which was the "most important" and made me come in again the very next day. Also; I thought I had developed a UTI. After explaining my symptoms to ringhoffer, she was dead set that it was a bacteria infection and gave me antibiotics. After switching at 26 weeks pregnant to another doctor; he did a full check and discovered it was not only a bactierica infection that wasnt treated right; but also a yeast infection. Something that ringhoffer only guessed at, when another doctor actually took the time to do a test. Never will I return to ringhoffer or recommend. Figured she would be an amazing doctor since almost all at Springhill are but I was entirely wrong.
