I was diagnosed with bronchitis. I wish they could have tested my breathing and gave me a breathing treatment while I was there. Also could have tested my phlegm as well.Also could have ran an x-ray but these tests would be cheaper with my primary doctor. But the Doctor, nurse, and receptionist was very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend a friend and family member here. It is very clean on the inside and comfortable.I would come here again. The wait time is like 5 minutes!!! you get in and get out . Very convenient if you are a busy person with a busy schedule.

Alls well that ends well. I have to go to urgent cares out of normal business hours because of my work and so I was excited to see that this place had early hours. They had some scheduling malfunction that resulted in a 10 min delay before I could get inside the building but from that point forward everyone was super nice, very helpful, pleasant to work with and I could tell they were making an effort to get me out the door. I had diagnostics performed quickly, a diagnosis within a short wait and prescriptions to be on my way to work and wellness. Thanks again Patient First!

This was my first time at Patient First and I was very impressed. I came in because of a head injury. I called on the phone before I came and spoke to a nurse who was very helpful. Then when I arrived I was greated warmly by the receptionist who made me feel welcome. I cannot remember the medical assistants name but she was very nice and comforting. It didnt take long for the doctor to see me and she was very thorough. I am so glad I decided to come here and I will definitely return before I go to an E.R!!! Thank you everyone who assisted me

I woke up Christmas morning with a raging sinus and ear infection. Thank goodness you guys were open! From being greeted and registered, by I believe Theresa, having my vitals and other information captured by Tony, and being seen and treated by Dr. Z., It was a completely efficient yet intimate experience. All 3 folks I just mentioned were so amazingly friendly and positive, especially for being at work Christmas morning, I think I found my new urgent care facility of preference.

I hate to go to the doctors I waited until I felt like I was dying, now maybe I would go sooner. I was also impressed how the doctor was concerned that I dont keep my specialist doctor in the dark.... plus they took all my woes into consideration.... I figured once there get it taken care of.... everyone was awesome and Im happy my daughter made me go....the fact that the medicine was there was another plus.... I went home took my medicine and I am feeling almost 100% now, thanks

This was my first time to the Cherry Hill location which recently opened only minutes from my house. I was extremely impressed ! It was beautifully laid out, very clean, bright and organized. It appeared like a mini ER to me. I did not wait at all to be seen, the Receptionist checked me in very promptly. The Nurse Practicioner and assistant were really great and courteous. I had a really good experience and I will be telling my family and friends. Thank you !

I had a terrible migraine (my first) and was in awful pain when I arrived. They were prompt, caring and efficient--even though I had to stay a few hours until I was strong enough to go home. I was wearing shorts when I arrived-- my only wish was that I had worn sweatpants, as its a little chilly in there when youre there for a long time and already sick.

Ive been here multiple times for chest pain and heart palpitations. They never once made me feel uncomfortable. Where others have been extremely rude to me, they took their time to explain each and every thing they were doing and what it meant. They were extremely helpful and I would rate them higher if I could. Best urgent care in the state.

Took my toddler aged daughter here early Sunday morning for a horrible cough not knowing what to expect. We had the best experience and would highly recommend going here. The facility was so clean and all of the staff from the front desk to the nurses, doctors, and technicians were all so helpful and caring with my daughter.

All of the Patient First staff members were so very caring, courteous and professional. I was seen quickly and treated very well. Waiting time was minimal. Location is clean and sanitized with state of the art equipment, x-rays and laboratory. I will be recommending this location to family and friends.

A standard Doctors office visit often turns into three. The initial visit, an appointment at another location for blood work then back to the Doctor to review the results. I only needed one visit at Patient First,. The blood work was done on site and results were review by the Physician while I waited.

Went in to get a hand injury looked at. I brought a sandwich and a book, expecting that Id be made to wait awhile. I didnt get to eat that sandwich. I was in and out in under an hour, x-rays and all. Great place.

Very clean, modern facility. Friendly staff, great care, and done as quickly as possible. Also they are open until 10pm which was really convenient. Highly recommended.
