The medical assistant was very sweet and caring as well as the x Ray tech. I was seen for intense shoulder pain that I had for two weeks. In between being a full time mother, student, and employee it took everything in me to find the time to get to the doctors. Especially after endless nights of no sleep, staying up icing my shoulder and biofrezzeing it every 15 min. Even in the middle of class. The doctor came in asking me to move it around fair enough I did the best I could and she rudely said even people with dislocated shoulders can do better then that a silent year just rolled down my cheek as I knew I should have just spent the time with my son and studying instead and left the pain alone to have to feel that way in pain by a doctor was horrid and degrading she then gave me a medication and said it commonly causes stomach ulcers and then risky walked out. This entire time I didnt even say a word. I have never written a review before but the female doctor at this place was by far the most Careless person I have ever met

I am new to the area and this was my first time visiting this location. The touch screen receptionist is very convenient and easy to set you up to be seen. The Clerk that inputted my information was nice and helped me to be seen fairly quick. The nurse that ran my intake info was also nice and helped me get situated to see the Doctor. The Radiology Tech wasnt as pleasant, but was able to get the job done. The Doctor that seen me, Dr. Powell, barely actually saw me. There was no eye contact when we were talking, and he typed on a computer with his back towards me. He didnt ask for a history on the problem or how the pain made me feel. There was no real assessment of my problem, in my opinion. Granted Im not a doctor so maybe this is something he is use to doing, but from other visits to an urgent care facility, I have experienced far better treatment and care. This Doctor alone will prevent me from coming to this place again.

The first time I went here I found it to be a great alternative to the ER and going to my regular MD. It was clean, well managed and well equipped. Everything that was needed, including X-rays and Pharmacy. Reception was quick and efficient. Discharge, from Jacquilyn was particularly helpful and friendly. The second time I went, a different MD either ordered the wrong X ray or read it incorrectly. She reported that there were no rib fracture. I had to have another X ray, from a different facility and it indeed showed a fracture and rib displacement. This MD did not have a good bedside manner, more importantly provided "incorrect" information. When informing the Corporate office, they were not very apologetic and basically dismissed my comments. Would only recommend this facility for minor colds, flues, etc. Youre better off going to a competitor or hospital for true emergencies, including suspected fractures.

After waiting for half hour, my husband was taken into the exam room, where he waited for over 45 minutes. He was then given prednisone for his poison ivy (hes allergic). Two weeks later, we get a notice saying we will be charged $143. He has insurance. Their website says going without insurance is $109. So what is the extra charge for? Were waiting for an answer, and my guess is that we wont get one. To make matters worse, the person he saw after waiting in the exam room for 45 minutes said that he could call in to ask for a re-fill on his prednisone. He called in to ask for a re-fill on his prednisone. They said, "Youll have to come in." Are we going to get another notice in the mail saying well be charged a ridiculous amount for someone to look at his hand and legs and say, "yep, you still need prednisone!" Probably.

This is how all doctor offices SHOULD be - clean, friendly, professional & efficient. Ive been looking for a comfortable place to use as my primary care provider for over a year, and Ive finally found it. I had given up on expecting quality health care in this area - I had grown TIRED of doctors running an hour, or more, behind schedule and acting like theyre doing ME a "favor" by seeing me - then I found THIS place, and my faith is restored. If youve ever been to one of those "Urgent Care" places, DO NOT expect Patient First to be ANYTHING like THAT - the difference is like night and day. I cannot overstate how happy I am to have found this place - I finally feel like I have a doctor that has my back and respects my time.

This was by far the BEST experience ever. I was greeted by the receptionist who was extremely friendly and personable. I did not have to wait they took me straight to the back where another friendly worker took my vitals. The Doctor came in immediately and checked me..i was in EXCRUCIATING pain when I arrived the Doctor prescribed me my medicine wrote my scripts and I was out the door in less than 2 hours..What makes this even better the meds she prescribed gave me 95% relief. I do not have insurance right now and you figure the ER would have cost me thousands of dollars where as Patient First did an EXCELLENT JOB for a fraction of the cost..I will be back if I have any problems

My first experience was in April, 2016, at the Montgomery facility - I was impressed with them - everything about the visit. That was the reason that I initially chose to come down to the Abington facility this week ( I live in Willow Grove! This one is closer to my home - - - the other one was close to my work) My visit this week was outstanding with respect to care & everything professional. And . . . because I was feeling so puny, I REALLY appreciated the fact that my prescriptions were offered there, for the same price I would have paid at my local pharmacy. I just plain didnt physically feel like yet another trip somewhere! So . . . many thanks for that too!

I went there for urgent care (big cut on my knee). They asked unnecessary questions to me like it was long survey which takes FOREVER then I decided leave because look like it would take more time to register. Front desk person was definitely unprofessional. She had my Id still asking my birthday, name and other questions which is on id Also I answered all those questions on front desk with touch screen app. I would give 0 star for front desk and register. I didn`t get any experience for doctor visit so I don`t have any comment for that.

This review was my first visit at this urgent treatment clinic as a patient, and overall it was an excellent experience. The staff was friendly, the facilities are very modern and clean, wait time was short, and the entire process was extremely easy. I saw Dr Suarez, who had excellent bedside manner, knowledge, and was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone seeking treatment for a minor malady or issue. It is a convenient option when no sick appointment can be acquired at your primary doctors office.

The nurses the xray tech were wonderful the doctor on the other hand was a lousy listener..interupted me when i had questions...dismissive...and when the exam was over just walked out with out explaining that the pile of papers he gave me included a prescription.... nevertheless ..if you go avoid Dr. T. Powell jr. His bed side manner was atrocious!!! Its been 24 hrs one last thing..my history clearly says painkillers and narcotics are not tolleratex well....so dr. Prescribes me mild pain killer that kept me sick for 24 hourz
