I was reluctant to visit a Virtua Express Urgent Care Center, especially those closest to my home, for my ailment due to the mediocre online patient reviews via Google. The Medford Center showed the best patient reviews (5 out of 5 stars - 2 Google reviews), so I decided to visit that location – and I am glad I did! First, it is a modern and well-maintained facility, which initially impressed me. I was most impressed, however, with the professionalism and genuine care of all the staff. Upon walking into the office, the reception nurse, Stephanie, greeted me with a smile and informed me that she would help me shortly. Soon after, she checked me in, and shortly thereafter, a nurse, Kimberly, and Dr. Enriquez (very attentive) professionally serviced me. Dr. Enriquez informed me that my culture analysis results would be available in two days. To my surprise and delight, a nurse called on the second day with the results. I thought, WOW, what a professional medical care center! Bottom line, I had a great experience at this care center and will not hesitate to return to this location if a covered medical care need arises in the future.
