For as long as I could remember, my upper and lower back have always been a problem. I had severe back pains, terrible asthma, and major headaches. I have seen a lot of different chiropractors, but never got anyone who not only took x-rays to show me what was going on, but sat there and broke it down for me. Palmercare really goes out of their ways for every single one of their patients. My asthma has been a problem for over 20 years but after a few adjustments, I haven’t used my inhaler since and my headaches had lessen immensely. Earlier this year, the pain was not getting any better, and that was when I was late enough to work (oops) because getting out of bed was so painful and just happen to run into one of the girls who work across the hall by my office. She recommended me to see Eric Doyle at Palmercare so immediately I went to look them up and filled out my information on their website. Less than an hour later, someone reached out to me and next thing you know, I had an appointment the next day. That was when I met Dr. Mees, who not only is a great doctor to me but also treats my family, along with Dr. Corey. After seeing Dr. Mees and all the work that the Palmercare team does, I was instantly inspired and knew what my true calling was. That was the day I decided I was going back to school to pursue my dreams of becoming a chiropractor. If I am able to one day help a child not have to depend on an inhaler to breathe for 20 years, like I had to suffer myself…that itself, would be satisfying enough. I HIGHLY recommend anyone and everyone to Palmercare, best chiropractors ever.

As a health and fitness professional and gym owner, I have a high level of respect for the chiropractic process. Ive seen a lot of different Chiropractors in my time, but never before has anyone systematically displayed what was going on, how we were going to treat it in a step by step systematic process, then track and measure along the way to the degree that the Palmercare team has done, specifically Dr. Mees. Im extremely active and healthy, but after sports injury my spine didnt feel the same. I had chronic lower back pain for months, even as active as I am and proactive with my own health - its what I help others do every day! The nagging didnt go away until one day I made the decision to find the best chiropractor in sterling. Lucky enough thats when I found Palmercare in sterling and things have only been better since. Their team is fantastic and follows the same systematic approach and process at all of their offices. If you live in Fairfax, Dr. Nic is just as great and is who I recommend to all of my clients (due to geographical proximity). If you have been in pain or would like to prevent injury, live a better life and feel good in the process, I highly recommend Palmercare as the best chiropractors in Fairfax and best chiropractors in Sterling!

In the past few months I had a combination of a shoulder impingement, problems with my superspinataus, and then erectors. Upon landing in IAD, I called Palmercare of Sterling because of its reputation and proximity to the airport. Dr. Heather Lucas was able to squeeze me in between patients given the nature of my injury and need for expeditious treatment for my demanding job. I was nearly 100 percent after three appointments from e-stim to spinal manipulation to rollating. Her care, attentiveness, intelligence, and charisma assures my future return for, what I call, preventative maintenance through chiropractic care. Not only is Dr. Lucas great, but overall, Palmercare is an outstanding treatment facility. The offices high energy and positivity throughout all the staff helps make the office thrive. The energy transcends to all individuals who are associated with Palmercare. If anyone has any need for homeopathic care, I wholeheartedly recommend this or any of their locations.

I love Palmer Care! I was in a car accident in 2007 and suffered from a stiff neck which only felt more miserable sitting at my desk job all day. I would get massages, attempted yoga, and some neck exercises prescribed by my physical therapist but nothing worked. I also suffered from severe stomach aches and after a year and a half of seeing various doctors, under going several expensive tests, taking a million different prescriptions, changing my diet, NOTHING was working. Palmer Care came to my office to do a brief demo and I was intrigued. I started off coming to Dr. Corey three times a week, and have since been dropped down to two because my back has been so responsive to treatment. I feel fantastic, the stomach aches have virtually disappeared all together and my neck has a range of movement I didnt know was possible. I love the staff and look forward to seeing my little chiropractic family after work :)

I can not praise Dr. Viv and the Palmercare Chiropractic team enough. They provide an amazing and kid friendly environment, and Dr. Viv is very knowledgable when it comes to holistic health. I went in originally for help preparing for the birth of my 2nd baby and I giver her a ton of credit for the swift and easy delivery I had. She lined up everything in my system, and my son came in 3 1/2 hours and a week early (nothing like the hard delivery I had with my first). Palmercare lives up to their mission statement and philosophy: "We dont just want you to get healthy, we want you to learn how to stay healthy. We believe that the largest advancement in healthcare is the informed consumer." Best chiropractors in the area!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

My family and I have been going to Palmercare for 10+ years. We couldnt be happier with our experience. Dr. Corey and Dr. Vivian have helped my whole family with so many things! The list is endless! Dr. Vivian adjusted all three of my children right after they were born and continues to work on them ten years later! My son is very active in sports and needs regular adjustments for various issues including a sprained ankle and a concussion! My overall health has been helped! My husbands colitis has been helped! Whatever the issue the doctors have been able to help! I couldnt be happier with their service and dedication to their clients! The office and doctors give such a positive atmosphere! I love Palmercare Chiropractic! Weve been seeing Dr. Vivian for 2 years and I wish wed started 10 years ago! Dr Vivian is amazing with children and has help heal my childrens chronic coughing, breathing and allergy issues. Shes fixed my daughters scoliosis and helped us with digestive issues. They are always on the forefront of new health developments - treating the whole person. The entire staff is delightfully friendly and welcoming. I also love that they give back to their community through fundraising and donation events through out the year. I have recommended Palmercare to numerous friends and family and everyone has in turn recommended them to others. When you find something this good you have to pass it on!

Ive been bringing my family to Dr. Corey and his team for years. Dr. Vivian gave our daughter her first adjustment when she was just a few days old. At Palmercare they take a holistic approach to any problem i come in with. Ive been to many chiropractors over the years and these people are awesome. they take care of me and my whole family and really care about my health and well being. I recommend them whole heartedly and have to many people over the years all of which were very thankful for having been introduced. And they really want you to get healthy. Now i only need to go once in a while and its great. I love these people and their caring team of healers.
