I highly recommend Dr. Laura Mooney! I started going to see Dr. Laura for chiropractic care during my last pregnancy. I was searching for a chiropractor who specialized in prenatal and pediatric adjustments. She worked wonders to help ease the discomforts of pregnancy and maintain my overall health and wellness. After my baby was born, we continued to see her for my own care and my newborn. Some people are scared of having their new baby adjusted, but Dr. Laura worked very gently but effectively with him. Last week (two days before I was to leave town for a week-long trip) I developed very severe and debilitating rib pain that, through the course of the day moved to my low back and shoulder blade. I couldn’t even stand up straight or take a deep breath without excruciating pain. I had a hunch that getting adjusted would help ease my symptoms. Dr. Laura was able to get me in that same day. Just minutes into the adjustment I was beginning to feel lessening of my symptoms. And when it was over, I could actually take a deep breath and walk out of the office without hunching over. The next day when I woke up the pain was gone. I just had some residual muscle soreness from my awkward posture the day before. I couldn’t thank Dr. Laura enough for working a miracle before I left for my trip the next day.
