completely incompetent morons that have no real education or experience in medicine. they gave me X-rays on my finger and said there was nothing wrong with it, then 4 days later they call me and say they "re-looked" at my X-rays and my finger was totally fractured and it needed serious attention!!?? so i had to repay a copay just to get in to see them, then they tell me they dont know what to do about my finger that i needed to see a REAL DOCTOR about it and they were just going to put a splint on it, so i paid to come back for them to do nothing!!!! then they were forcing me to pay for pain killers when i was not even in pain and for some reason was trying to get me to tell them my dads social security number!!! i could go on and on about everything so you could laugh about it but bottom line DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT HELP FOR ANYTHING!!!!!

This is THE worst medical facility Ive had the displeasure of visiting. Im a paraplegic and have therefore been to dozens of like facilities since my accident, so thats really saying something. The combined time spent in the waiting room and patient room before even seeing a doctor was never less than an hour and ranged into the ridiculous. Out of the four or five doctors that I met with over a few months going to this particular office, a few were nice enough but didnt even recognize the names of some of my medications and seemed as though they at times had difficulty grasping what exactly I was suffering from, while one "doctor" seemed flat out incompetent. I just felt completely unsafe being in the "care" of this group. DO NOT GO TO PATIENT FIRST!!

Ive been to patient first numerous times in MD never had a bad experience. Until I came here. I was rushed the whole way through. The woman did not tell me my vital signs, just said my pulse was high. Everyone asked if I had a fever... even the doctor BUT NEVER TOOK MY TEMPERATURE. The "doctor" asked me a couple questions kept cutting me off rushing me, checked my ears, my breathing. Then told me its just a virus, take some mucinex after telling them it hasnt been working!!!! Took no test or anything so I really dont know what kind of cold this is. And being that Tricare only covers 2 of these visits a year, Im highly upset I wasted one going here for nothing, no diagnosis. Never ever going here again.

I was unable to obtain a same day appointment with my primary doctor for an issue that could not wait for another day, so I went to Patient First. I was somewhat dreading it because the last time I had went many years ago proved to be a very time consuming visit. I was pleasantly surprised at the FAST and FRIENDLY service I received today. I was in and out within an hour. I may have visited on the right day and right time, but I was very satisfied nonetheless. I wasnt feeling well at all, so the friendly staff helped to make the visit a lot better. I wont hesitate to visit this facility for myself or my son should the need arise again. I highly recommend this Patient First.

From what Ive heard, they can be very fast or very slow to see you, of course depending on the number of people, as youd expect for a walk-in clinic. My experience was very fast. We arrived, were called to check in within a minute of typing on the screen, and were called to the doctor within a minute after checking in. The front staff and doctor were very friendly, unlike the ER across the street... The day after our visit for my wifes eye injury, they called her to check on her condition, and got her a same-day appointment with a local opthomolgist! They have our business for the foreseeable future.

Arrived a little after 8:00 p m and expected a long wait given the number of people already there. Staff was friendly and efficient. It was after 9:30 by the time the Dr got to me but I had X ray done while waiting. I was impressed by the unhurried attention I got in spite of the late hour. Dr took time to show me my X ray and explain the results then explained the treatment and medications I needed. As I left several staff wished me a speedy recovery. Yes the wait was long but not surprising. Overall Im satisfied with my visit.

I was very impressed with how friendly the staff was (especially the medical assistant and x-ray tech) and how quickly we were taken back to a room and x-rays taken. We did have to wait awhile once back in the room for the physicians assistant to come by. They called me the next day after the radiologist had further reviewed my x-rays and referred me to an orthopedist. I appreciated the follow-up. (Initially had found nothing wrong).

The staff was friendly but they charged me three times the going rate for a D.O.T. Physical. I was told over the phone that it would cost $75 or better depending on if the doctor had to do any additional tests, which he shouldnt, because I am in perfect health. $75 is high for this service, but I needed it ASAP so I went anyways. They charged me $140. After I left I called Bon Secours Occumed and they charge a flat rate of $45.

The front desk registration clerk Pam was rude and made no eye contact with the customers. She checked my son in quickly however lacked customer service. Its the first person that greets you when you are not feeling well. Not sure if we needed the attitude with my son not feeling well. However, seen quickly and the medical staff in the back are great. It made up for the individual at the front desk.

I LOVE Patient First. Because they are a walk-in only clinic, they can get pretty backed up, but timing visits right will minimize delays. They are competent, friendly and efficient. I especially like the fact that they can perform most lab work on site and can dispense many prescriptions on the spot. They have been my primary care physician for eight years.

If I couldve scored this place lower than a one I wouldve. Anytime I have to tell a doctor what something is, that in itself is a problem and if all I wanted was to know my vital signs I couldve took them at work. No one needs your uneducated guess especially me. I will never go to this reject patient first again.

They turned my 1 year old baby away who was bleeding from his head because of a supposed bill from a month ago that we hadnt even received In the mail yet and was still being processed by the insurance company. Blew my mind. As much business as weve given them for the past 15 years. No more

Thankfully they were open Thanksgiving. The receptionist was cheerful and quickly signed me in. The nurse and doctor that attended to me were professional and attentive to my needs. I was given meds to treat my sinusitis which cleared my infection. Thanks for being there for me.

I was in a vehicle accident. The attending doctor only asked questions. He didnt even look at my neck or back. Im surprised as to how he came up with a diagnosis without even looking. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the level of service. Thank you.
