This place is garbage. I have been misdiagnosed here about 3 times now. Today I went in due to having symptoms of strep throat. The tech in the front registered me, but when asking what was wrong although i explained I was having trouble swallowing, he listed my complaint as sinus congestion. When finally sent to the back the doctor was in and out in less than 5 minutes without really even looking at me and telling me its a virus, and there isnt much that could be done. My girlfriend was also here at the same time, being seen by a different doctor at the same time, she had the same symptoms as I did. After being in the room for over a hour, she had blood work done and more, and was finally diagnosed with strep throat. As you can assume, this left me slightly confused. When asking the doctor about my own symptoms which were similar to hers, and me being person she got strep from, he replied " I dont know, I didnt see you so I cant help you sorry". Then proceeded to of course give my girlfriend her prescription following up with a "i hope you get better soon". If this has been my first unpleasurable experience, I would not complain. But Dr. Cooke spends little to no time on his patients and merely tries to get people in and out the door without actually giving a crap about your health. The staff is not always kind or attentive. A woman was lost in the back and looking for a room and when asked to assist her a nurse rolled her eyes and looked as if helping her out was the worst thing in life. If you must go here, although I do not recommend it. Stay away from Dr. Cooke. Actually just go anywhere else. If I could give a ZERO i would, but Google seems to be kind.

I came to patient first back in January and will never set foot in another patient first again. After providing them with both my primary and secondary insurance information I was informed that I had to give them my card information in case there was any remaining balance. Which was fine because my secondary covers everything my primary does not, and the most I would expected to pay is the $50 copay. However, today I got a notice stating that they would be charging my card $184.00. Seemed odd to me considering my secondary insurance is one of the best insurances you can get. And of course, after checking with my secondary insurance it became clear why I received that notice. Patient First NEVER sent my claim to them at all. I guess its just easier to charge someone money instead of actually doing their job and going through the insurance. If I were you I would stay as far away as possible. It seems they are in the habit of wrongfully billing people. Urgent care in the festival is much better, and there are always the CVS centers as well. Anywhere but patient first.

Always had great service except for one flu shot in Oct. 2014. I had been getting the flu shot there for 15 years and this was the first time she shot me higher in the arm as I was sitting down and she was standing over me. It didnt go where it should have and my arm became stiff and remained by my side unable to lift it for almost 2 years suffering from SIRVA (shoulder injury received from vaccine administration). After 2 years of physical therapy Im about 95% able to raise my arm. Ive had no problems with previous shots that were administered while she was seated beside me but this was different. She was standing and I was seated. Im guessing she was new in her training and unfortunately I dont remember her name. Ive had great experiences with Patient First and would recommend them but I do tell everyone I know that when you get a shot of any kind in the medical building of your choice be sure you are at the same level whether standing or sitting to lessen chance they dont inject it to high into the wrong place.

I WANTED TO GIVE THEM ZERO STARS BUT GOOGLE WOULD NOT LET ME!! Monday evening I brought my 4 yr old in with a high fever and cold like symptoms for three days. After the doctors exam, I was told specifically that he had a virus but "..his ears, nose and throat look good and his lungs are clear..." The next morning my wife followed up with our pediatrician who asked if they tested for RSV because they were seeing a lot of children in their office with it. Since they did not, she asked that we bring him in the same day. After her examination she couldnt believe that Patient First said his lungs were clear. She told us he has "...bronchitis, borderline pneumonia.." They also swabbed his nose and the lab results on Thursday confirmed RSV, which is very contagious. Now, our 3 year old daughter has RSV as well. Had we known Monday, instead of Thursday, we may have avoided her getting it......SMH.....

Went in for my dot examine. They had me come back in three days because said I failed. Doctor told since failed no charge today nothing to pay we will keep it on hold till u come back in three days. I said ok came back. They told me I didnt pay my first visit. I said I know the doctor told not to since I was coming back. They told me ok you will have a charge today which I understood. Went through the dot and still didnt pass. Then doctor said I will only get charge for a part of dot exam. I said thank you. Went to check out pay the $37 THE DOCTOR SAID I WOULD PAY. All good week or to later there was another bill for $117.00 I put a complaint in to them they told me where to put it. I paid but not very happy. I will never step foot in one again. They know they are in the wrong and dont care. All they want is the money.

We were treated awfully by the staff, like we had the bubonic plague because we were asking for a physical. They said we needed permission from primary care physician to be seen. Thats never been the case in the past. I called our PCP; they said theyve never gotten a call before about such "ridiculousness". After I got permission and handed my cell phone over to one of the nurses (... how professional....) we were "approved". The staff was snarky, rude, and dismissive for our entire visit with the exception of one MA who was sweet and apologetic for the rest of the staffs treatment. DO I realize that its optimal for us to go to PCP for physical? Yes... but sometimes lifes chaos doesnt allow for optimal. Get it together Patient First. Were all your patients when we walk through that door... in sickness and health.

While at the end they managed to cure me, one of the male nurses that attended me seemed distraught and his breath reeked of alcohol, anyways, when he was getting ready to take a blood sample he just used my belly as a surgical tray by putting all the equipment there. He had a VERY hard time looking for a vein to poke and ended up poking two arms. After successfully finding a good one to draw blood out he forgot to attach the receptacle and a stream of blood came put, fell on my arm, the bed, and the floor. I thought it was my fault, but thats ok, what really got me was that he dropped a tube on the floor and picked it up. He also looked unkept and his hair was messy. End of story, Patient First please up your appearance policy and have your employees ATTEMPT to be professional.
