The two times Ive been there to see Dr. Mike Look, I had to wait long after my appt. time to be seen by him. 15 minutes the first time, and the second time, I had to go to the desk and ask why I was still waiting to be seen when other patients who arrived after me, got called mere minutes after checking in. I was told that they were being seen by other doctors and thats why they were getting in sooner. I waited another 10 minutes, and then returned to the front desk and canceled my appt. By then it was 40 minutes past my appt time, and I wasnt going to wait any longer. Clearly, Dr Mike Look doesnt want and/or need patients as he seems to enjoy keeping them waiting. No problem, I will find another clinic and doctor. I would advise you to do the same.

April Day

Warning: if you choose Dr. Look you will be stuck with him as his policy is to not allow "his" patients to switch Dr.s within Flagler Family Medical! I thought I could choose who I wanted to see- havent had an appointment with Dr. Look for over 2 years! Murabella office closer to where I live and when I decided I should get a physical I chose Dr. Sanchez ( who was great!) Got to see him then office called and said I have to see Dr. Look because Im "his"patient .What??!! INSANE. Im the patient, I pay for insurance, shouldnt I be able to go to Dr. of MY choice?! Bad customer service. 2 stars because of location and Dr. Sanchez- otherwise 0)

Believe what people are saying about their bad experiences with this office. The front desk staff seems angry most of the time. The Dr. I was assigned to is very dismissive and arrogant. He and his nurse treat you like you are a big annoyance to them. They do not seem to like their jobs and really need to choose another occupation. If you read the Drs FB posts, he certainly tries to seem caring and sincere - its all a big show. Look elsewhere...

I had to give them one star to even be able to write this review. This place is a complete joke. You are a number to them. I experience several different things from this place from misdiagnosis to being prescribed medicine that should have never been prescribed to false representation of medical requirements. I highly suggest if you are looking for quality medical care that you steer clear of this facility.

The doctor was very non engaged. He asked very few questions, and instead of telling me what he thought I needed to do with my sickness, he gave me 3 options. Less than 5 minutes with the doctor cost $75. The nurses take WAY to long to return your call, some of my calls were never returned at all, and the receptionist was very rude on the phone. I WILL not return to this office!

Ive been a patient for 3+ years. While Ill admit that it took awhile to feel like they knew who I was (remembered me), I am very happy with the atmosphere at both the St Augustine and Palatka offices, and with the medical care I receive. Staff members are professional and compassionate. I would definitely recommend Flagler Family Medicine to anyone who is in search of a GP.

I have been going to this practice for almost 10 years. They are becoming more and more numbers oriented and I have had a string of bad experiences. There are a few good apples in a sea of people who should not be working with people. Horrible attitudes, very dismissive and could care less about your health. Look elsewhere, I am currently doing the same.

I brought a friend to an appointment.. which was at 10:30.. We show up early and clock in at 10:08.. No one even says a word to her until 11:30.... an hour past schedule.. No one apologized for the delay or attempted to reschedule.. Complete disregard for their patients schedule.. This office lacks good common courtesy.

Went in for ongoing neck and back pain. Also to get elbow I injured at work looked at. Just had a prescription of anti inflammatory drugs handed to me and said come back and see us in 4 weeks. Did not have exrays, tests or anything. Felt like just a number there. Will not be going back!!!!!

I have found Dr Clonch to be very good. The doctor listens to my concerns and is able to hone in on the problem and fix it. I am always treated with respect and so far after 3 years I have not been kept waiting more then 10-15 minutes which is acceptable to me. I am a satisfied patient.

I liked the doctors, but the nurse at the Tuscan Way is far below par! I will never go back because of her! I dont think anyone with children should go to that office. They are under-prepared and completely unhelpful. I would rather take my family to the health department!

Todd Batenhorst is the greatest doctor one could ever ask to have as their primary care provider. His medical brilliance is only surpassed by his caring nature. I am alive today because of him and my quality of life is beyond all expectations because of his expertise.
