This is actually the first time Ive gone out of my way to write a bad review for any facility. Sometimes people have off days, or are busy, but this was a kicker. Went to this office while on vacation with a cold. Had very pleasant staff, they got me in right away, diagnosed me with a sinus infection. Doctor wanted to look inside my nose, used lidocaine and tubes to push down into my nasal cavities and have a look around. Has this process ever been necessary for you when visiting an MD for a cold? No one informed me this was an additional service, and boy did I get slammed by the insurance company for it. After I received my standard antibiotics, the girl at the front desk printed the wrong prescription. By the time I heard back from the pharmacy that they didnt have my antibiotics, St. Augustine ENT was closed. Their "after hours" physician didnt call me back despite 3 pages from the answering service. Did not get my medicine until late the following afternoon. Received bill from the exploration of my sinus cavity weeks later. Called and told the billing agent that I didnt think it was good customer service to perform a service that was not medically necessary or to advise patients there could be additional fees. Was told I would receive a call back after the matter was investigated. Shocker - no call back. I called back myself and was met with an extremely rude and unhelpful woman who argued with me, quite literally, spoke over me on the phone, was not the least bit apologetic or understanding of the poor customer service provided. Do not waste your time. Incompetent staff. Facility is a joint facility with a botox clinic. Wonder why theyre so big on throwing in those extra charges...

My negative review is simply due to billing issues. I do not have insurance and was surprised by bills, I had prepaid for all of my treatment so when I received bills in the mail I was naturally shocked. When calling the office to inquire they told me to disregard, it was an error.....but the bills did not stop until I received one from a collection agency! This was the final straw, I pay all of my bills and my credit is very important to me. When calling the office it took 2 people to finally tell me "oh, that is from a lab that we sent your tonsils to for biopsy"! First, why did they not tell me this the multiple other times I called? Second, why was I not aware they were sending anything to a lab and I would have the additional cost? The answer I received was "Ill let my manager know" which to me means I would be receiving a call from them but of coarse I did not. So when I call to see why I have not heard back I was told "I told you I would tell my manager but why would expect a call back?" Seriously??? Why wouldnt I expect a call back? I have a problem and I am looking for a resolution, of coarse I want a call back from your manager! Even better, when getting on the phone with a manager I was pretty much told its your problem not mine and the manager didnt even call me the right name.....poor billing services but I did not have any problems with the procedure or recovery from Dr DePasquale.

i saw amy and have seen her multiple times. she teaches, and listens. her manner is gentle yet her knowledge and clinical skills are excellent. i really like her. i am impressed with the drs diagnostic equipment and her experience. i have seen both amy and the dr. great practice.

Amy attended to me. I had a great experience. She was professional and took the time to explain each and every procedure that was conducted. I liked that she called my insurance company to ensure that the services to be rendered were covered by them.

Big thumbs down in my book . I needed to get septum procedure done and a polyp removed . Numerous ( too many ) consultations , C scan done and then tried to get an estimate for out of pocket costs with no answer. . Very unprofessional !!! No thanks

I am always very happy with St. Augustine Ear, Nose and Throat. I have seen all providers in this office and they are all fantastic. The staff is always very friendly as well. I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of an ENT Dr!!
