With regards to my recent experience, I am not at all satisfied on how they treat the patients who calls and ask for a prescription (as advised by the Doctor working at the clinic). Today, I have happened to be a part of that PATHETIC experience. I called them for a prescription and my request was acknowledged. After an hour, I called back to check if they have sent the prescription and they put me on hold with almost no conversation for 15 minutes. I hang up and called again and this time the answer was, we are busy. So, I again called back almost 3 hours later and front desk again put me on HOLD for 5 minutes. I dont had any option other than to hang up and visit the clinic personally. After reaching the clinic, I again got the same message, we are busy but this time she added we have only ONE provider today. If you are in such a situation then talk to the patient and let them know that we are busy because of this and it may take at least couple of hours to send the prescription instead of putting them on HOLD. In this country where everything is driven by customer service, I had to came across such a pathetic experience. I dont have any issues with the Doctor but its the customer service which is so bad. so my suggestion is, if you stay near by, instead of calling them, visit the clinic personally for your request.

Dr. Wei is a warm and personable clinician but the practice has glaring failures that I will be terminating my patronage over. His administrative staff are rude and unresponsive by phone and seldom return calls. In person, theyre mildly nicer but still completely inflexible or willing to advocate for the patient. Its a tiny clinic and seldom busy, but they act like theyre busy all the time and refuse to relay messages to the providers in the back when a patient presents in a genuine bind/sick/or in pain. Closing an hour early for lunch in the light of the same patient when this is supposed to be a "walk in" capable clinic. After being his patient for over 2 years Im continuously appalled by the lack of customer service. Having been a nurse for 10 years and worked as a nurse manager in a family practice clinic myself, this business is badly run and its a real shame that I have to say goodbye to a nice provider over his business rules and office staff.

I love Dr. Wei personally but the way he runs his practice and his administrative staff has been awful over the last 3 months. That is why Im leaving him after 3 years. I leave voicemail messages asking them to call me back but they never do. Ive left one 3 months ago and a week and a half ago that are still unanswered. They hardly ever answer the phone. Today, they had to put me on hold for 5 minutes and when I asked why they were not returning my voicemails, she said there were over 100 and she cant return them all. What? Why not? These are your patients for crying out loud! One of those voicemails was me calling from a conference in Kentucky during normal business hours begging them to refill a prescription so I wouldnt continue to have vertigo. If you cant get a simple return phone call than you need a new doctor. Im done.

I brought my wife to this facility with a head injury. Despite the evidence at hand, the doctor diagnosed, "I dont know. Some kind of virus." and prescribed Tylenol with Codeine. A week later, my wife has the same symptoms and, after seeing another physician at a different location, has been diagnosed with a concussion. The doctor we saw at Edmondson Pike Family Practice spent maybe 5 minutes examining my wife while she said "Ok, ok, ok." Every time my wife described her condition. The doctor did not take the time necessary to care for us nor did she seem to care about our well-being. Until this awful blonde female doctor is fired, I would avoid this facility at all costs.

the doctors and nurses are the best .i recommend them to all my friend and family or who ever needs a family doctor, they listen and give you all the time and care you need and help you with the med.. Dr. Wei is very professional and all the doctor and nurses are very professional and helpful,,,, Thank you all

just got home from a great experience with the doctors. They took there time to really try n find a solution to my problem.And are also going the extra mile to find me the cheapest ultrasound today.I dont have insurance and they treated me absoultly no differently. I highly recommend this clinic.A+++++

they took my money, refered me to an African guy because Im black and they are located on Edmonson and Nolensville (put 2 and 2 together), couldnt do a simple extraction? trash.. one of those insurance mills. AVOID
