I dont understand all the bad reviews. Maybe the people whove received excellent treatment as I have dont speak up often enough. So here I am. After my Doctor retired and while Ive still been looking for a new permanent GP, this clinic has been great! Ive fallen and injured myself, Ive had a tooth infection, Ive had colds, flu, needed daily thyroid care and every time Ive been here, Ive received excellent care. They are considerate, compassionate and 9 out of 10 times Ive seen the same Physician (Dr. Wells). This allows me to have continuity with my care. Theyve handled my requests for prescriptions in a timely and effective manner. I receive copies of my test results and diagnosis. They cover all the bases in their diagnosis - which I appreciate. Sometimes there can be a brief wait, but just like in life, sometimes people arrive before me and some need more immediate care. Ive been to Doctors offices who have given me less attention. I have no complaints - I think this is a great clinic!

Ive been there three times now -- first two times for a skin thing that just popped up... first it was mrsa, then they changed their mind and said impetigo... I wasnt impressed. The biggest problem the second time was how incredibly long I had to wait. Today I went for some bruising from a fall. I wasnt impressed. I waited almost an hour and half before the dr. came in - he had NO personality or bedside manner. He basically told me I had bruises. Okay, he probably was right and I only went to make sure that I wasnt more serious hurt. I was a little surprised he didnt do an x-ray - after the long wait, I was glad he didnt but yet, I also wondered if it would have been better. The other problem was that they wont take your secondary insurance. Charged me the co-pay for my primary even though the secondary always covers it. Find another place unless you have a long time to wait and you dont care if the doctor has a personality

This place is terrible. We were visiting family from out of state when our daughter came down with a flu. The doctor had an awful bedside manner, insisted that our 18 month year old daughter needed heavy antibiotics and ordered X-rays so that he could charge as much as possible. An hour later when we spoke to our regular doc in Colorado, he was shocked at the unnecessary Xrays and strongly encouraged us to hold off on the antibiotics.Then AFC charged our insurance twice for the claim, and though we did not get the Xrays, they charged us anyway. A year later, we are still disputing the claims, despite the fact that we have documentation with our insurance company that they have paid the claim twice. Does anyone investigate urgent cares for fraud?

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! My husband started coming here regularly because he was having SEVERE back pain. He saw a doctor their for a few months and once they found the source of the problem they referred him somewhere else and he was SOA. They promised him work notes for all the work he had been missing and then the office manager started stone walling him. She wouldnt let him see or even talk to the doctor even to get his notes for work. He is in so much pain now he cant even eat or sleep yet this place makes sure he cant even talk to the doctor who is supposed to be his primary care. It is COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS!!!!

Well, if you inconsiderate so called patients didnt come in when it is about closing time or at the first thing in the morning, you probably wouldnt have to wait to long. These clinics see over 40 patients a day and you gripe about waiting over an hour. Boooohoooo If you had better attitudes and concern for the staff, youd have a better experience. I feel sorry for the staff that is treated and worked like dogs. They work 10, 11, 12 hour days with no break whatsoever. Sometimes you cant even have a bathroom break. But who cares right, as long as you get your pain meds and your Adderall pills.

If I could give half of a star I would. I went here for a consult of my knee. The lady ordered a MRI and told me they would call me when the results were in. Well two weeks after the MRI I had to call them and they told me nothing was wrong. Well one month later still in pain I went to a professional with the same MRI disk and found out I had a torn ligament and needed surgery. I called them and requested their copy of my results and they said they had no history of me being there. Definitely would never suggest going here. EVER!! Just look elsewhere.

I am not pleased with the service at this facility. The reception staff is not pleasant. I waited over an hour and had not been seen. They have a commercial that plays stating they get you in and out, but that is not true! This place is supposed to be convenient. The physicians are great, but the other staff members could use some work. To make matters worse, the medicine that was supposedly prescribed to me was not ever sent to the requested pharmacy. I will NOT return to this facility!

Not pleased​. They had two specimens for a UTI. Took a med 7 days and still had it. Said they were going to send it in for a culture. I called them last Friday and told them after 7 days it has not gone away. They called back on Saturday and told me to bring in a specimen. Told them they already had 2. Major fail on their part. And she hung up on me. Cant rate them no stars. I tried.

No one there could insert an IV for fluids. No one can tell me when Ill receive my bill. I would not recommend going here. Also the option to pay online doesnt work. Calling always has "high volumes" where you never get a hold of anyone. They told me my wait time was 10 seconds and its been significantly longer than that. Very poor service from all parties Ive interacted with.

I have seen Dr.Wells several times and he is always professional and kind.He has been very helpful in helping me with work notes and referrals getting done.I only see Dr.Wells because he is passionate about his job. It is very important to understand that this is an Urgent Care Clinic so the wait time can be long .......but it is worth every second for me. Dr.Wells is great!

I havent ever had to wait long. The Dr I have is competent and and cares greatly about his patients. The location is ready to find and conveiniently located in a major shopping complex, meaning the people who bring you have something to do while you are seen. When something is being then they generally give good referrals.

Im only giving 1 star because you cant give anything less!!! Im still in the office typing this review. We just moved here and If I hadnt paid and waited almost 3 hours I would be GONE!!! Im grateful my kid isnt sick; this is for a last minute school physica!! This place IS AWFUL...dont EVER EVER EVER COME HERE!
