if i could rate no stars I would. Dr. Roz is rude. She misdiagnosed a severe heart condition as asthma. (i had no idea my heart was 60% blocked..i am very healthy...condition was bought on by a bacterial infection) i have been hospitalized 3x since the diagnose. Could have been nipped in the bud with antibiotics. She prescribed a medication for a friend that would have caused a massive heart attack. GOOD Thing the pharmacist realized the medication would not work with the other things my friend was taking, In November a coworker went there for a complete physical. Said physical consisted of blood work (no urinalysis) felt his lymph nodes....looked in his ears and checked his reflexes. The "physical" appointment lasted 10 minutes. GO see someone else....your health could depend on it

I have been once as a patient and once with a friend who was injured at work and required--and received-- immediate attention. Both times, the care was outstanding, and the doctor, nurse practitioner, nursing staff, and front desk were friendly and compassionate. Both of us had our paperwork handled quickly. I dont know how old the negative reviewer is nor her circumstances, but, at my age -- -69 and battling Parkinsons Disease -- I have in my lifetime experienced both excellent medical care and incompetent treatment at other facilities. We are fortunate to have East Nashville Family Medicine so close, esp over the holidays when PCPs are on vacation and you might otherwise be in a crowded ER for hours.

Went there bc i was sick. Whoever i seen said I was on the verge of the flu but yet she wouldnt give me any meds to help me. I spent $90 that I didnt really have for nothing. I feel like I was ripped off. I needed something more than over the counter crap and all I got was nothing. How can someone be on the verge of the flu and not get any help when thats what a doctor is for? $90 for absolutely nothing. I will never ever go to this place again no matter how sick I am. Plus 3 ppl come in after me and they got seen before me. Not cool at all. I am very upset over this.

With 3 kids under 4 I basically live in this office and they are fan-tastic! All of the providers are friendly and helpful. They have done everything from routine well checks, to teaching me how to blow raisins out of my toddlers nose (fun trick), to recognizing a serious internal infection early on and recommending I get my kiddo to the hospital for treatment and surgery. They are open nights and weekends (which Im sure has saved my family thousands of dollars in avoided ER bills) and always quickly return after-hours calls. I cant say enough good things!

My family and I have been going here since moving to the area three years ago. They have treated everything from severe pneumonia to UTIs to a broken elbow. I have never been happier with the quality of care received. This is the first doctors office where I actually felt heard, not rushed and cared about. We will continue to visit this office and will recommend it to everyone. Mimi is the bees knees, the nurse is exceptionally kind and the front desk lady is lovely. Thank you to the entire staff for being simply good humans who care.

This place has nothing but a bunch of quacks working at it i went in yesterday for high blood pressure medication they told me my blood pressure was fine i told them i didnt think so because i could feel it was up they sent me to the ER where my BP was sky rocket high...needles to say i will not be going back to these QUACKS...what a joke this place is..save. Yourself the time and money go elsewhere..

I had a terrible experience at this office. I was appalled at their lack of respect for my concerns as a patient, for their lack of investigation into my health issues, and their general lack of caring. I am appalled that a doctors office so carefully designed was so unprofessional about their practice. I will never be back and I would never recommend this place to any of my friends.

They were supposed to call in a prescription for my wife, right before we left the country for a week, but failed too - and then were closed until we left. Also the woman at the front desk is pretty cold, and waits are always longer than youd expect, even on a day when it looks pretty empty. Other than that, its a clean place and the Doctor Mimi Gerber is kind.
