You are just income and a number to Dr Willis. He has no compassion left in him. Most of his staff are rude and rarely answer the phone. Leaving voicemail means you might get a call the next day. Forget the office trying to get referrals or tests ordered in a timely manner. It is faster if you handle this yourself. If you complain, the staff becomes vindictive towards you. The worst thing is that Dr Wills is aware and allows it to continue. Seek care elsewhere if possible.

Dr. Willis is the most careful doctor I have ever known. He patiently listens and examines every aspect of my healthcare concerns and treats me accordingly or refers me to specialists who hold him in high esteem. When I have asked other doctors about those specialists I am always assured they are the very best. Dr. Willis also treats my 41 year old son who trusts and reveres him as well. Pensacola is very fortunate to have such a professional available to its citizenry.

The disgruntled Heather most definitely went to a different Doc Willis ! Doc Willis has been my Primary Physician since 1996 and was even recommended to me by a couple of folks that I trust whole heartedly. I have even heard other specialist practice physicians ( two different ones on separate occasions ) make comments on how sharp of a doctor Doc Willis is. I have never thought of looking for another primary Doctor !

Heather Grant must have seen a different Dr. Willis. The Dr. Wayne S. Willis in Pensacola who has treated me for decades is prompt, friendly, caring, courteous and very professional. Although Dr. Williss staff changes from time to time, every person there has been courteous and helpful. I have not experienced one rude remark from anyone.
