Wanted me to come in for an appointment when I ended up in a wheel chair after a serious car accident last April. All I wanted was a signature for a temporary handicap parking tag just to make my life a little easier for a few months until I could walk again, so I didnt have to struggle getting into my chair whenever I needed to go somewhere (I did anyways though). I mean really, what is the point of making me come to an appointment when I sent all my paperwork from the hospital (Vanderbilt)?! Shouldve been self explanatory that I couldnt walk; i had unstable pelvic and sacral fractures, a broken leg and bruised internal organs!!!!! not sure what an appointment would have accomplished.. only to cause me the discomfort of having to leave my home and bed, so he can look at me and see that Im in a wheelchair? Honestly. I didnt go to any appointment and wont go to this office ever again. The whole situation rubbed me the wrong way; it comes off so unsympathetic - lack of compassion. Coming in for an appointment for something so simple was truly the last thing I needed after a major traumatic experience (which Im still healing​ from almost a year later). I had been going to this office since I was a child, but not anymore.

This is by far the most worthless place I have gone to for any kind of care. Never call back when they say they are and seems like communication skills are very bad! They like to nickel and dime you to death with stupid stuff so they can keep you coming back for office visits. Had problems with foot and was in a lot of pain so they prescribed me a pain type patch which cost $800 and really couldnt tell me what was wrong. Went to different doctor and he found out I had stress fracture and gave me some pain medication $20. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE!!!!!
