All 3 of my children have been patients of Dr Molina since 2009. My kids are healthy and rarely sick. My 10 year old daughter sprained her ankle and needed to follow up with her primary care physician. I called Dr Molina to schedule the follow up as instructed by the local ER and school. Dr Molinas office stated that since my daughter has not been to their office in 3 yrs, they would not be able to see her and she would now be classified as a "New" patient. Its Dec 13th and they said because of my daughter now being a "new" patient she couldnt be seen until June of 2017. So basically, I want all parents to know that if you dont take your healthy child to this Dr, your child will no longer be a patient. Now this is Fransiscan? Its a complete money grab from this Dr. My Father is a retired Family Physician and couldnt believe it. He said "well its obvious their Drs for the money" I would not recommend this Dr to anyone and I am puliing my other 2 children from this practice. My Dr is in Northwestern Hospital in Chicago and I havent seen her in 6 yrs as Ive had no issues. Im still her patient.

Dr. Molina and his staff are excellent. From the minute you check in with the friendly staff you know they are serious about caring for patients. Dr. Molina takes his time and gets to know each patient on a personal basis. His nurses are friendly and professional. I have never felt so comfortable with a Doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Molina. Great experience. I will never go to another Dr. again.

It is crazy to be told you cant see your doctor you have history with because you have not been sick in two years to be told now Im considered a new patient and now would have to wait until November to be seen seems unfair wants the point of having a family doctor
