I took my 5yr old son here because he said he was having trouble seeing and they are a covered provider under our insurance. Dr. Gilman made the experience so pleasant and made my son and I very comfortable. They have updated equipment and methods that made an exam for a child so much easier than I had imagined. The whole process was wonderful, so much so that my husband and I switched to them the following week. We were in and out in a timely manner and for a busy mom of 3 boys that is what I need. We ordered glasses on a Friday and they were ready to be picked up the following Tuesday, they called and let us know they were in and worked with our schedules to get us in to pick them up and made sure the fit was perfect before they left. They did a great job letting us know what our options were with our insurance and made great suggestions. They didnt try to upsell us to things we werent interested in or didnt need. Bottom line, we have found a new eye doctor for our entire family!

Dr. Gilman is great! Unfortunately his staff are not as pleasant. Kathy, in particular, is very unprofessional and rude. She bumped the air machine, accidentally shooting 2 extra shots of air into my young childs eye,and didnt apologize. He was afraid to begin with! Then, when she began the exam, she was telling my child the letters on the screen. How can they determine what he can read if she is telling him the answers? She didnt listen to anything he said to her, when he tried to explain the problems with his vision. And to top it off, we ended up with a crappy pair of glasses, that have an improper fit, even after coming back a second time to get them adjusted. I was hoping this would be the place for the whole family, but we will not be back.

Went there as a new patient and will be going back! The staff was excellent and took the time to help me and had great suggestions on my glasses, they took their time and didnt rush me through the process like I have gotten at other offices. The doctor was great as well and answered my questions. I liked it so much that my wife and I have brought out 2 sons here ages 5 and 3. I would highly recommend them to anyone with kids, they were super patient and great with the boys. We will definitely be using them for our eye care from here on out.

Dr Gilman and his staff were very professional and polite. My appointment was right on time. Dr Gilman did not push glasses on me and actually advised me to wait. Saved me money. Refreshing to see a Dr and not feel pressured to buy glasses each visit.

I went there. Anything I said he didnt listen to. I dont know is all he ever said. He charged me for what Medicaid didnt pay which is illegal.
