Called to have a procedure done, they tried to run it as a health problem instead of a preventative so I cancelled the appointment! They called 3 days prior to appointment (today) and I explained once again about why Im cancelling and they lady hung up on me. I called them back to make a complaint to be hung up on again because I said how do you have a sign in your office lobby about rude people and your employees are rude and hanging up on patients? And again the hung up, I called back and they wouldnt even say hello the next 2 times, finally someone picked up and claim to take my information to pass to the office manager. The way the employees behave and treat customers is ridiculous, very unprofessional!!!!!

I didnt even want to give one star but it made me one. Scheduled my procedure over a month ago and when i called a week in advance to verify the date they said that i wasnt in the system. They told me I must have not came to that office... but I did!! Had the paperwork and all from them. They were extremely rude and didnt even seem to care that they lost my forms. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

His wife in the office was the rudest person Ive ever had the displeasure of meeting. It would take too many words to go into it...shame tho..Dr Short is very nice and is a great Dr. as my MD referred me to him..my money went to amother
