Pretty sad they have implemented this so called new policy, before they will schedule an appointment they have to mail out a package you have to fill out and send back in. A week of being sick and waiting for the so called package it has never arrived. I called in to ask why it was never received, but NO ONE could give me a straight answer. They still refused to schedule an appointment and told me I could drive there to pick up this package that was SUPPOSE to have been mailed to me. PATHETIC doctors office with a bunch of quacks working there anyways! Thank you for not allowing myself to risk being seen there!

Dr, Wells could not be trusted to treat a pet hamster. She has mis-diagnosed several patients and tends to call people drug addicts for no apparent reason.

i have been going to her for years she just like all dr.. but she take all day to see her i wish that could be a lots faster....ty drwells
