My husband and I (along with our son, and my parents) were in a car accident and while our injuries werent life-threatening, we did experience severe pain and discomfort. We had visited Action Spine and Joint a few years before for routine chiropractic maintenance and enjoyed our treatment, so we decided to go back for help after our accident... and were SO happy that we did! Dr. Bearden and his entire team made us feel welcome and extremely taken care of, both personally and medically. It was so easy to make appointments, we were always greeted with smiles, and the treatment was effective and... for lack of a better word... awesome! Some people might not feel comfortable getting chiropractic treatment, but if youre experiencing pain, I highly recommend you check them out. Not only do they walk you through everything (theyre very thorough), they care about your well-being and want you to feel better. They check in with you, and make sure theyre doing everything they can to get you feeling your best. The progress my husband and I have made in the last few weeks is outstanding, and I am no longer experiencing migraines from neck and back pain. Its been a real lifesaver for both my husband and myself. Thank you to Dr. Bearden, Dr. Schanuel, Ferial, Leigh Anne and Jessie for making every visit to your office a pleasure, and thank you so much for taking such great care of us! (Also - they just did a major office remodel, and it looks excellent!)

I have called several times to get an insurance issue resolved. I spoke with Lee Ann multiple times.. she said she would look into things and call me back. She never did- so I called back to see. She said it was sent like it was supposed to be sent. Each call I made I could hear the frustration in her voice and it seemed as if she gave an attitude as well. All I wanted was answers and a resolution. She told me the office manager was not there, and she would take care of it. I called back to check on it a few days later only to find out the "office manager" was out until that Monday. Here it is Thursday, and I had not heard anything back. I called today- I spoke with Jessie- I am not sure if she is the office manager or not- but she put me on hold- spoke to Lee Ann- came back and said they have done what they have to do and that is all they can do. They say it is Blue Cross Blue Shields fault and that they always have problems with them. You would think they might try something to prevent these "problems" from happening. So rude! No information on when it was actually filed- etc. I am done with this office- and I had around 5 treatments, and it did not improve anything at all. Dr. Josh and Dr. Bearden were both very nice, but I will never come back- especially when I know if problems arise I will get treated like this.

My fiancé and I went Action Spine and Joint for neck and back pain. The first time I went I was in shock at what a deep neck adjustment I received. It was a joyous release of my neck. I used to receive injections in my back as a treatment for pain. I have since decided not put a chemical in my body if I could fix the problem naturally with alignments. We have both received relief from pain. The staff is polite and professional. Not only have we received great care, but so has one of our babies. My 3 yr. Old Yorkie pooh received a back injury. I had to put a diaper on him because he couldnt stand. That morning the vet said he would never get use of his back legs again. On the way home from the vet, I pass Action Spine and Joint. I have an appointment later in the day with them. Idecided to stop and go in early, feeling sad and knowing that I probably wont want to go back out later. I carried Gabe in with me so he wouldnt move to much, and keep him calm. When Dr. Bearden came in to see me he was smiling. His demeanor changed quickly to compassion and concern. He pet Gabe as he listened to our story. He was quick to want to help if he could. He saw Gabe 3 times and today Gabe is running and playing with his sister. Thank you Dr. Bearden! Matt and Laura

Well I guess I can start from the beginning. Ive been involved in physical sports for most of my life. I started Greco-Roman wrestling in middle school, and moved into professional wrestling at 16. Despite the belief that professional wrestling is fake it has taken an extensive toll on my body. In 2012 I injured my back. I took a long time..being stubborn before I decided to seek treatment. At first I went to my PCP whom gave me narcotics and told me only surgery would help. The pain from the sciatica I had was so intense it reached a point I couldnt walk to my mailbox box and back. As a last effort to avoid surgery I came to action spine and joint. I was greeted by Dr Bearden who confirmed I had a couple of disks bulging that were causing my pain. He began treatment and adjustments immediately, it took time do to the extent of damage Ive put my body through, but in just a few months I was back to moving without pain. I have since been able to return to doing wrestling shows, which I had thought would never be possible again. Dr Bearden and his staff at action spine and joint changed my life. I still visit now to keep aligned, and feel amazing thanks to them. Sincerely thank you Dr Bearden, and Dr Schanuel.

I was involved in an automobile accident. I ended up being in a lot of pain A lot more than I expected. I never would have thought to go to a chiropractor But I was willing to give anything a shot Just to ease the pain. I was scared to death Ive never been to one before and I wasnt sure what to expect. When I went for my first appointment All my worries Gone. The staff there is absolutely amazing They truly care about you as a person. The first week was painful Just trying to get my body to do what its supposed to be doing all along. After that first week they were my best friends. I made it through every single day without having to reach for a pill bottle. And it just has gotten better from then on. I still remember driving home From there and I could turn my head To look for traffic Without pain!!! Or the first day getting out of bed That I did not want to cry because my back was hurting so bad These are days I will forever remember. And it is all do To just picking up the phone calling for an appointment at Action Chiropractic. If you are in pain I urge you not grab the pill bottle grab the phone You wont regret it I dont!!!

They have experience with infants and small children. I was rear ended in an auto accident and my son was in the backseat. I took him to the emergency room and of course they told me to watch for any changes in his behavior or function. I noticed he wasnt moving his right arm as much so I took him to his Pediatrician. She gave the same advice as the ER. After a week there was still no progress with my sons arm. I decided to give a chiropractor a chance. I had never been before so I didnt know if it was possible to treat infants. I called Dr. Beardens office and I was assured that he had experience with children. They explained the treatment my son would receive and how small children healed compared to adults. They were so gentle I could not tell if anything was being corrected but after 5 treatments my sons arm was mobile again. I received treatments for myself for 2 months and I felt better than I did before the accident. The staff was friendly and helpful, they watched my son at the front desk while I continued treatments. I have decided to visit Dr.Bearden annually to keep my body aligned and optimal.
