first thing was the rude front desk HORRID next it was a rude nurse - i guess i had too many questions to ask over the phone for her? last straw was the dr.stec she told me she didnt have time for me- i had to come back another time she only had 15 mins! i dont even have a HMO! WHAT?? then she treated me like crap even more if i was bugging her? this was the first 5 mins i waited to long to change doctors now im going to really be picky there are plenty of them around that will give me better treatment too. she didnt help me with anything waste of time- which i dont have much of! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME= ps the other dr. larson has no interest in getting my husband off high blood pressure medicine instead they just keep him coming back for insurance money and kick backs for the drugs- we want a doctor that will take him off since his bp is now NORMAL... its all about money not care P.S.PS WHEN i went into labor with my first i had a emergency c section both the baby and i were sick my husband missed his appointed and the jerk male front desk guy still wanted to charge us a missed appointment fee i was in shock but after yelling at him on the phone he let it go but he argued with my husband as if he was a lie! we should of left long ago life was just too busy now we are making the time to never go back.

I really like Dr. Larson, he is a very good doctor who takes the time to listen and never appears rushed. I do agree that the office is difficult to find the first time. However, I have been going to this office for two years and never had a problem with the staff and really feel the small clinic setting is much better than larger offices or hospitals. Only gave 4 stars due to difficulty finding office for 1st timers, I would give 5 stars for medical staff. EDIT: 12/10/15 Reduced to 3 stars due to mixed experience over the past year or so. Some of the nursing staff have been quite rude on several occasions. There seems to have been a change in the overall office climate in the last couple years vs. when I wrote my original review. Still appreciate the small office environment and convenient location to my work.

Everyone in my family has had horrible experiences here, and we all saw different doctors. The doctor I was seeing misdiagnosed a kidney infection for appendicitis (in different parts of the body). My sister had her doctor run multiple tests that she explicitly asked to not have run, and was charged for them. When i called to get a copy of my medical records (which they are legally obligated to provide in a timely manner) I was shuffled between administration and nurses so many times that it took 6 calls over 3 weeks to speak to someone to actually send me my records. Such a horrible place and horrible people to deal with. I would highly recommend against going here.

excellent! we switched to them from a giant local pediatrics practice when my daughter was just a baby. She had become ill and the switchboard of the giant practice crashed!! This momma needed a more personal touch! Dr Youk and Donnie and the amazing admin staff have provided top notch care for all three of our kids and are super accessible and flexible when we need to get them in fast. having this practice providing care for my family gives me amazing peace of mind!!

The nurses were amazing and sweet, but Dr Yuras made incredibly inappropriate, unprofessional, and insulting comments during my visit. I called to share my experience with the director, and they lied to me about diversity training they were going to work on. I regret not arguing with my insurance company about paying them, but I figured Id just let it go and not return. I would not recommend at all.

Weve been using Dr. Larsen for 20+ years. Ive always found the FMFP medical experience to be very good and cant say enough about his practical approach to family medicine. Modern medical realities do force the sessions to be a bit rushed, but you won’t leave feeling that you still have open questions or have been subjected to the impersonal treatment of a lot of practices.

Im really happy with Doctor Youk. Hes very nice, friendly, and calm which is what I prefer when seeing any doctor. Im happy with my choice. I think the nurses werent really professional, but they are young so I guess that is normal. Anyways Dr Youk is great and since he is my new PCP and Im happy with my choice, then thats all that really matters.

The office is difficult to find the first time, but that has little to do with the quality of care received here. Dr. Howe is incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. The front desk staff are incredibly nice and efficient. This facility is clean, not over-crowded, and very quaint.

I have been seeing Dr. Larson for over thirty years. Having someone that cares about your health and has a history of it is an underappreciated factor to a good life.
