The day I had my physical completed the LPN was new and she kept stating it throughout my 2 hours there. I had to show her where the scale and vital machine were. Then for my urine sample Im pretty sure they need to be labeled and if I had not initiated writing my own name on it with my own pen who wouldve known whos sample it would be. I had to keep going back and forth over the phone leaving messages with a receptionist 3x for getting a prescription corrected, getting faxed medical records, and getting forms filled out for college for almost two weeks. I finally had the time to just walk in and speak to someone in person. It was the first day of the Redskins training camp and a hectic day, but with Ms. Keishas (from the front desk) positive attitude and meeting all my needs I got everything done. Ms. Keisha without your help I dont think anything wouldve gotten anything straightened out! She deserves all 5 stars! Her mannerism and understanding of all my needs were all met during that visit! Youre truly an asset to that office!

Dr. Asena Madsion is horrible. I went to her to discuss my anxiety and to get another prescription for xanax that I already take and know that it works. She then asked me if I was religous or spritual. I told her that I was not. She then gave me a list of prayers to read aloud daily and explained how God can help my anxiety. Then she wrote me a prescription for lexapro which is mainly used to treat depression. I never once told her that I was depressed and I find a Dr. giving me a list of prayers as treatment is highly unprofessional. I work at a medical facility and when I told my coworkers what she did they all said I need to stop seeing her immediately!

Very disorganized, poor communication. I have yet to get a referral for spinal surgery and it has been over 2 weeks since I was first told to go to physical therapy who sent me there in the first place. Then after reading my test results again, apparently, I was told I needed to see a spinal surgeon that Dr. Bala could not help me. I have called and emailed the office at least 5 times and left messages to speak to a nurse. No one has ever called me back. I can barely walk and could have had this resolved two weeks ago. Very dissatisfied with my interactions with this office.

I started going here a year ago to address a sports injury, and I liked it so much I made Dr. Bala my primary care physician. The practice is based in a new facility with plenty of natural light and a nice, modern atmosphere, and the staff is professional and friendly. Its on the second floor of the building but theres an elevator if you have trouble with stairs. Its by far the coolest medical practice Ive ever set foot in. Full disclosure: I work for a company that does contract work for Bon Secours.

The people inside are nice and helpful. Getting ahold of anyone without physically walking into the building is IMPOSSIBLE!! I spend hours on hold only to be forwarded to an unreliable off-site answering service, then repeat again the next day, and the next.
