Dr. Susan Welsch has been all of my animals vet since I was a kid. As an adult, I became an animal rescuer and have brought many, many animals brought to Allendale Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Welsch, Dr. Izar, and their caring staff have always been there for our animals and even for our family. Dr. Welsch is in this field for the LOVE of the animals and NOT the money. She has worked many, many long hours and many, many years doing this job that she loves so much. I have had several emergencies with my animals and have always brought them to Allendale Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Welsch and Dr. Izar and Staff have always been very caring and compassionate. They treat you and ypyr animals like family. I cannot tell you how grateful our family is to have such an amazing place to take our animals to for the absolute BEST care that they can get. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Allendale Veterinary Hospital for all your animals needs, whether it just be a normal physical, yearly shots, a medical problem, or a medical emergency. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Not big on usually taking the time to write a review but wanted to share. I was recommended to doctor Welsh from a friend and I was more than pleased! I felt like they really took time with Mia, my baby, and treated her very special. The whole staff was wonderful and the office was very clean. The best was at the end of our visit Doctor Welsh came out herself to give mia a bag with a new toy in it and treats. Luv it! April.

Dr. Welsch & Dr. Gess are awesome! They genuinely care about the animals they see, and are really polite and pleasant to owners as well. The staff- the vet techs, assistants, receptionists, etc. - are the sweetest people. They follow up with personal phone calls to check on your little furball, which is really sweet.

Since moving to the US this is the only vet we have used and I cant see that changing. You are treated with respect as a person and your pets are given the best care around. Nothing is forced upon you and the pricing is pretty fair and Michaela who works on reception is awesome.
