Dr.Theis is one of the best doctors I have ever had. Ive been to multiple OBs but this one gave me such a great experience. I felt welcomed and the doctor topped it off with actually having a personality and talked to me. He cares about me and my needs. The past OBs Ive seen made me feel like they treated me like a child because Im 19 and have a part time job. They seemed to care more about money than what I needed help with. But once I stepped foot into the northeast OBGYN at stoneoak I was treated with respect and a nice smile. The women up front and at patient check out were very nice and made me feel that my visit was necessary and took time to explain everything to me. But I am especially very happy with Dr.Theis and his kindness to make me not feel as nervous, because cmon were about to show mamas goods and that can be pretty embarrassing haha. One of the best experiences I have ever had. They also accept the texas womens health card which is a rarity for me since other offices denied me. The only issue I had was finding the office (GUYS ITS INSIDE THE ATRIUM SECOND FLOOR LOL). Go see Dr.Theis! Hes hands-down my best friend now.

Dr. Vernon Theis is an amazing gynecologist. He really made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. V. answered all of the questions I had and gave me great, useful, advice. The only problem is I have been unable to schedule another appointment with him and the appointment line is very rude and not accommodating. I will have to find another Dr. because of this. Its been over a month I have been trying to schedule. They told me to call everyday to see if someone cancels, well why cant they just give me a call back? Not good customer service. If you can get an appointment he is a great Dr.
