Dishonest! I totally agree with the poor ratings. I wonder if all the good ratings on this site are from Dr Kainths staff, family, and friends. I saw Dr. Kainth as a new patient today. I am not a dentist and I am not expert on teeth, but I am also not an idiot. Dr. Kainth told me that I needed a "deep cleaning" with "medication". Treatment would require 3 visits and would not be covered by my insurance, for a total out of pocket cost of $900. When I asked him for more details, the number of "infected" climbed from 3 in his initial explanation to 5 and then to 8. He also initially told me that I had tartar and plaque buildup. When I asked why a normal teeth cleaning wouldnt clear that up, and why I needed a $900 deep cleaning, he talked in circles and eventually wound up telling me that I have "stage 5 peridontal disease". Again I am not a dentist, but it doesnt take a genius to see that my teeth are in relatively good health and are not horrendously rotted or falling out of my mouth. If you are a new patient and dont have any family or friendship ties that might keep Dr. Kainth honest, go somewhere else!

I have been to a couple of dentists since I moved to this area, and I usually dont go back for the second time because I find that they either ordered many unnecessary work done to raise the bill, or they dont do a good job. When I first came to Coolbreeze, I knew that this is the dentist that I will see regularly. Dr. Kainth is very professional. He is good at what he does, and above all, he cares about his patients. I had a root canal and subsequently a crown done at his office. A couple of days later, he even called personally to follow up with me. The dental hygienist and staff at this office are all very friendly and helpful. You will know what your bill is going to be before sitting on the chair, so there is never a surprise. They usually call a day before your appointment to remind you, an excellent feature. I have come by twice a year for cleaning and check up for the past two years, and I will continue to make Coolbreeze my dentists office to visit. You can trust the professionalism and expertise at this office, and you will not be disappointed.

Like many of us, I absolutely loathe going to the dentist, but when you gotta go, YOU GOTTA GO! A friend told me about Cool Breeze, so I went. Dr. Kainth was very gentle, and thorough. He was patient, made me feel quite relaxed, and didnt make me feel guilty for my poor oral hygiene. I had 9 cavities filled and then a cleaning. Im on track now with a clean cavity free mouth! He personally called me to check on me the following day, and he also welcomed me to call with any other questions. I was also a cash patient and he was very honest and understanding of my financial situation. I felt that his pricing was more than fair and he didnt stick me with procedures I didnt need. His staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kainth to anyone, especially those who are a little scared to go to the dentist in the first place. He will make going to the dentist a pleasant experience!! Thanks Cool Breeze, I will never go anywhere else.

I Love coming to Cool Breeze. From the moment I walk in the door, I feel really relaxed and calm, the office is very inviting and friendly. Liz in the front is always smiling and happy when I come in and she is very helpful. Dr. Kainth is an Amazing Doctor, he always addresses all my problems and takes care of my dental needs. I have always been nervous and tense when I go see a doctor and in his office I never am!!! Which is great for me, because I hate the feeling. Today I got my teeth cleaned today by Tawni, she is an exceptional hygienist. She is friendly and kind but was also proficient in my cleaning, best part is I didnt feel a thing!!! Ive been coming to cool breeze for the last 5 years and will continue seeing him. Definitely recommend seeing Dr. Kainth!

Me and my family have been a patient of Dr.Kainth for almost 7 years. A co-worker of my wife referred us to Dr.kainth when we were in desperate need of a good dentist. Since we have been visiting him, my wife had several root canals and crown done and regular cleaning every 6 months. Me and my daughter also did the regular cleaning every 6 months. He has always been nice and explained in detail all the issues I had with my tooth. We all are very satisfied and happy with his professionalism and treatment. All his staffs are amazing and friendly and always tried to accommodate us whenever we had any emergency. We always recommend our friends whenever anyone asked us for a new dentist. We highly recommend Dr. Kainth and Cool Breeze for any dental requirements.

One of those places where the staff is unprofessional and dis respective to the patients. The doctor seems to be good but looks like he chose the wrong staff to practice. A reminder to the staff : 1. You work for the doctor and not own the place so keep that attitude home. 2. The tone in which you address the clients matters as you are in a healthcare industry. 3. Try to show some respect when someone shows up late. 4. No matter how good the doctor is if the staff is unethical and un professional then no one would want to even consider visiting such a place. 5. Dear doctor looks like its time for you to have that session with your staff and teach them how a patient should be treated not just on premise but also on the calls.

Ive been a patient at Coolbreeze for several years now and this is by far the best dentist Ive had. Dr. Kainth and his team are committed to providing a positive experience with minimal or no pain. Tawni, the dental hygienist, has performed all of my procedures, consisting of regular deep cleanings and periodontal maintenance. She is very personable, has a fun spirit, knows all of my trouble spots and takes great care with my extremely sensitive teeth. Dr. Kainth goes above and beyond to provide great care and personally calls the day after a procedure to see if youre ok. Dr. Kainth and his entire staff are very professional and courteous and I plan on remaining with them for many years to come. I highly recommend Coolbreeze for any of dental issues.

Found and chose Dr. Kainth and his team at Coolbreeze via Google after a severe toothache in late 2015. I had not been to a dentist for a number of years and had recently moved to the US. I had a number of broken teeth and other issues. At that time I got a couple of crowns and root canals (With associated endodontists) and while the experience was uncomfortable I had no issue with any pain and Dr Kainth and the team were kind and professional and looked after me very well. I still had a few other teeth needing work but was busy settling into my new job but when I could I returned to Coolbreeze with no hesitation in late 2016. Once again its been a very good experience and in happy to finally have had this work done. Highly recommended!
