I am so upset the front staff, someone mess up and causing my family over $700 for a service that could have waited for the secondary insurance to be active. I honestly believe they are all about the money and not the well being of people. They quoted us zero co pay for a filling service for my husband, middle july. A week later I had an appointment and they were having difficulty with creating a treatment plan, I inquiry about the insurance they have on file and updated it, removing a secondary insurance expired since March. Another week later my husband went for the service instead of informing him prior to the service that its no longer gonna cost us nothing, they waited till after the service that it would be $760 or close to that I forgot the exact number. Thats just had business. The dentist and hygienist are great but I wont be going back. And all they have to say to us is setting up a payment plan, no I shouldnt be paying any period, you quoted us zero

The staff are all extremely friendly and welcomed me multiple times on each of my visits. They are the most hospitable hosts, and did everything possible to ensure my comfort was their top priority. They took extra care to minimize any pain or discomfort the procedures could induce, and explained all the treatment I needed to have as well as the procedures and materials used to accomplish the goals. The office is very clean and neat and the staff all dress professionally. The prices were very reasonable with my insurance as well. I am very happy with the care I have received during my first three visits. I will certainly return to Great SouthWest Family Dental and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent general family dentist.

As a business owner and a public person it was very important that my teeth and smile be beautiful. A bout with gum disease and poor dental care caused me to have bad bleeding gums and most of my teeth were rotten. I had serious toothache and a fear of dental works. I contacted Dr. Chris Truong at Great Southwest Family Dental and my worries were gone. The implant process was professional and almost painless... Now, I have all my beautiful teeth (implants) and big smile :)) What a beautiful dental experience! The staff here was so friendly and professional. My sincere thanks to Dr. Chris Truong and his team for such professional & personal attention in making this dream a reality.

I first came to this practice in an emergency situation as my dentist was out of town. Everyone was so friendly and concerned. My problem was fixed in short order and I have continued to come back here. Now seeing this practice as my dentist. Each and every time its always the same. Courteous and professional from the minute you walk in the door. Even when you are taken back to a room, that same professionalism and courtesy remains. They are so proactive with your care. We are patients of Dr. Truong. Our houseguest had a broken wisdom tooth. On Sunday, we put in an appointment request via the website, and on Monday morning right at opening, they had contacted her by phone and given her an 8:30 appointment. In my own case, Dr. Truong diagnosed a need for a root canal. He did the prep work the same day. He also diagnosed a problem with nighttime teeth grinding, for which he made a bite guard. Ive had it for years, and it has much reduced morning mouth soreness.

I would rate Dr. Chris Truong and the staff at Great Southwest Family Dental as the absolute best. My litle girl needed some dentistry, I got an appointment the next day, she had no pain during or after because Dr. Truong used a laser and the work is perfect. I am so grateful to Dr. Truong for the excellent work and the staff for making us feel so welcome, they are all truly excellent at what they do. I recommend Great Southwest Family Dental to my family, friends and anyone needing a dentist.

I love the entire staff and how professional they are. My 3 children are always given appointments together which is such a convenience for me. Everyone always has a smile on their face and greets you with warmth. Highly recommended this dental office for your dental needs. My kids are always excited to go and not scared. Very open and clean environment. No wait time either. When you walk in the door they know who you are so you are just not a number.

This Dentist Office is great. Always clean and neat and always greeted with a smile. Totally professional staff and they tell you what is going on every step of the way. I would recommend everyone to give them a try and see the difference. I enjoy it because I dont have to drive across town to my old dentist. They use very high tech equipment and I have not suffered any pain in any of the work they have done. GREAT, GREAT, GREAT....

AMAZING!!! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the receptionist greeted me by my name. I did not have to wait longer than 3 minutes to be called to the back. When I was taken to the back, the dentist treated me great and began/completed the procedure quickly. I was out within the hour and LOVED the end result. AWESOME as always!!! Keep up the great work!!! I really appreciate your service!!!

I brought my 3 year old son in for the very first time on Tuesday, this was also his very first dentist visit. The staff was so helpful and caring. My son had one cavity so we had to come back to have it filled. Again the staff was amazing. I will continue to bring my son to this dentist office and I may consider changing my dentist. I am more than please with there services.

Excellent experience as usual, Had appointment at 8am/ in by 810. The procedure took the exact amount of time they told me. That is very important to me as I have a very busy work schedule. The staff is always professional and make you feel comfortable. My daughter and I have been going there for some time and will not take our business anywhere else.

I visited the office yesterday and had the pleasure of meeting Heidi Tran. I had complaints of gum bleed after flossing. Heidi clearly explained the cause of irritation, and cleaned my teeth. Today, I flossed my teeth and in same spot that usually bled, but it has stopped. Im so thankful. It makes my day :)
