We have been patients with Rockport Dental since 2014 when we first moved here. We loved them. However, recently I had some tooth pain and wanted to come in to see the dentist to see if there was anything he could do, and the office staff said he probably couldnt do anything and would refer me to a specialist in Corpus, and I that I was better off just calling them to begin with. I asked if I could still make an appointment for my annual check-up for my children and I, and I was told there would be no appointments until October for cleanings, and Dr. Schultz would no longer be accepting BCBS by that time, and actually said I should call Dr. Garcia here in town for an appointment. I am very disappointed. I felt as though we were kind of given the brush off. The office staff has always been great, but today I felt like our business was not wanted or appreciated, and I am not sure why. I hope everyone else has better experiences.

Weve been patients for three years. Weve always had a positive/pleasant experience. The waiting room is comfortable (separate waiting room for children with lots of activities to keep children occupied while they wait). All of the hygienists weve seen have been professional and personable. Doctor Schultz is also professional and takes the time to answer any questions. It is not easy to get an appointment quickly, however. I suggest making appointments well in advance. They accept our insurance and were recommended by our insurance companies.

We were referred to Rockport Dental by my husbands coworker when we first moved here in 2012. Everything has been excellent! Very friendly, professional staff. I have had to have several crowns over the years and I can say that Dr Shultz does exceptional work! He works fast and accurately and his support team is very well trained.
