Best dentist my wife and I have encountered in 30 years. Their office staff is very personable and friendly, the dentists are competent and thorough, and their costs are contained quite effectively. They had a billing mistake once where they undercharged me by almost $200 on a crown due to miscalculation and, since it was their mistake, they just forgave the charge--an UNHEARD OF occurrence. Ive had a dozen or so fillings and a crown, my wife has had three crowns and a handful of fillings, and all of the work was perfectly executed at a cost SIGNIFIGANTLY lower than our previous dentists.

I had a veneer pop off and needed to have it re-attached. My dentist had recently retired and was in Hurst, so I decided to find one closer to home. After calling several dental offices, the staff at Dr Bauers office was so friendly, efficient and professional that I decided to give them a try. Am I glad that I did. The entire staff was courteous and clearly worked as a team. Every effort was made to assure my comfort and the quality of the work was exceptional. This is my new family dentist.

i have been to too many dentists to count. i have fluorosis and since i was a kid i have dealt with judgemental dentists, annoyed dental hygienists, and rude front desk personnel. nothing could have been further removed at this office. from the telephone call to the check-out, i was smiled at, understood and treated like i was just another friend. i cant wait until my next appointment because i know i will be taken care of and my personal demands will be met:) thank you so much to everyone on staff!

Dr. Bauer has set up an excellent family friendly dentist office. The large staff would seem to perhaps think there would be lack of personal care with each person. Each person from front desk to each dentist in office care and make sure the patient has individual care and that each one is comfortable. They are the perfect dental office for excellent care in dental work and insurance coverage.

I would highly recommend Mansfield Family Dentistry! I have a big fear of the dentist and have always experienced a lot of nervousness before an appointment. Since I have been with Dr. Bauer these last few years I can honestly say that they do a tremendous job making me feel comfortable! I cant imagine going anywhere else!

My husband and I have gone here for years. They take really good care of us - even when I dont particularly take very good care of my teeth ;) - they are always encouraging, kind, and patient! We have really enjoyed going there. From the front office to the back hall - everyone is super friendly and professional.

Let me start by saying how much I loved Dr. Bauer. Sadly though I have to wait usually 30 minutes or longer past my appointment time before I can actually get in to see the doctor, and with a job and kiddos, that didnt work for me. The prices are also a little high. Even just to get your teeth cleaned.
