I went in for a consultation with Dr Choi about possibly getting the LANAP procedure on my gums. The staff was VERY FRIENDLY & Dr Choi was VERY personable and informative. GREAT GROUP OF PROFESSIONALS !!! I thought I would really like this Dentist but he acted rushed, didnt explain what he was about to do at all & was rough. Still have a huge scrape on the roof of my mouth & extractions were 6 days ago. He also scraped my lip outside my mouth & didnt give me the clear protective glasses to wear so I made him pause to get my eye glasses to cover my eyes & from what I cleaned off of them Im glad I did. Also have to say I was told I would owe $80 & was charged $120. Wouldnt have cared about the extra cash but was not happy with Dr Choi . No one called to check on me later either. Did not tell me to sneeze with my mouth open, nor that I shouldnt blow my nose. Dr Taylor in south lake is a much better dentist, explains everything right before he does it & is always concerned about hurting people. I only came to Choi as a courtesy of sorts because he spent so much time on giving me an estimate that I thought I would give him a chance to make some money for it & thought he would be good. I still like the other office staff but was not impressed with Dr Choi. I will be going back to my regular oral surgeon, Dr Taylor Robin

I had a dental emergency and called the office Thursday afternoon trying to find out if they can see me as soon as possible. I talked to Darrian (who later was my dental assistant) and she was very friendly, helpful and got me an appointment the next morning at 8.30 AM. You cant do better than that! When I arrived at the office in the a.m. I was promptly taken into the examination room, Darrian took my x-rays and 5 minutes later I was seen by dr. Nunes. He was very laid back and did not skimp on time talking to me about my condition and available treatment options. I really appreciated him being very very friendly, communicative and explaining everything to me. I also appreciated the fact that he took his time and did not rush me or try to talk me into any expensive procedure. He totally put me at ease and I liked that a lot. He is a young dentist with a great team of assistants and front desk staff. I left his office loaded with dental supplies free of charge. I will certainly see him again, cos he offered the sort of care I was hoping for.

I have just completed extensive dental work with Dr. Nunes and his staff. They are all unfailingly kind, expert, concerned, and friendly. They provide me with ongoing information and support. I had to have extractions, a root canal, crowns, temporary and permanent bridgework - I call it The Dental Work of the Apocalypse! I had to go in for one emergency appointment, of my own doing, and I was seen immediately as soon as I could get there! I have called them numerous times and have never been treated as an inconvenience or put on hold for very long. Dr. Nunes always does everything possible and reasonable to ensure comfort. His practice is state of the art. His staff are the best. I would only see another dentist here if he referred me. If dental work freaks you out, these are the people you need to see.

After having a difficult time finding a dentist office that treat their patients with customer service, it almost seemed to be nothing short of a miracle to have met the staff at The Grapevine Dentistry. Very friendly staff from the first time I spoke with them. I was a bit apprehensive about even going because of my recent experience a another office could care less. I had to have a deep cleaning and the hygienist ERICA was extremely patient, caring, knowledgeable, making sure all my questions were answered and sensitive to my sensitive teeth. What a pleasant experience. Even if you have a dentist office that your pleased with, you should treat yourself to a better service here at THE GRAPEVINE DENTIST. You owe it to yourself.

Cant express how grateful I am to Dr. Nunes! I had some really poor fillings done by another dentist that left me with bloody gums and unable to chew most hard foods without pain after multiple visits. Based on my experience with the old dentist, I was sure I would either have to just live with not being able to eat certain foods forever or have to get crowns. Dr. Nunes was able to fix the bad filling and adjust my bite to where I can now eat normally!!!! The filled teeth also feel and look much better aesthetically! I am so thankful. The staff is also really friendly and pleasant in a genuine way. I cant thank these guys enough - Im so happy. Looks like I found my new dentist. :)

I havent been to the dentist since I moved to the area because I was nervous to just go anywhere. I decided to try this office and all of my experiences since then have been great! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, even on the phone. They are more than willing to answer any questions you may have and find the best plans for you. Dr. Nunes is very informative and did every procedure with care. Just an overall great dentist! I am extremely satisfied with all the experiences and procedures Ive had here, and will continue coming to them for my dental needs. If youre looking for an office that takes great care of you and makes you feel at home, this is where you should go!

My primary dentist was in Southlake. I went to The Grapevine Dental for a Teeth Whitening special they were offering which also included a cleaning and after a very basic examination Dr. Nunes discovered a problem with a tooth that had been over looked by my primary dentist that if not treated could have been very costly and painful. Being skeptical I asked questions which were explained in fine detail as well as shown the problem on X-rays.. On that day a year ago I had a new dentist. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. I highly recommend The Grapevine Dentist and cant say enough about them..

What can I say this place is wonderful. I am very apprehensive about visiting the dentist due to some rather horrible experiences in the past (like pulling the wrong teeth, yup). The ladies that work there are true professionals. They treat you like one of the family and even offered to hold my hand during the procedure. The Dr. was wonderful, kind, and informative. You better belief it when I say this is the place to go for all your dental hygiene needs. I will make this my local family dentist from now on. Thanks Grapevine Dentist Professionals!!!!!!!!!!

As much as I always hated going to the dentist the staff here fixed that. They are always top notch. For my cleanings I have always had the pleasure of having Katie as my hygienist and she is beyond great. Very relaxing and stress free. Had all my wisdom teeth plus an extra tooth pulled here and it could not have gone better. I mean for someone to have had 5 teeth yanked out and to speak this highly of the staff is saying something. I actually dont mind going to the dentist anymore lol. Highly recommended.
