This is a small office but I love coming here. Dr. Hardy sees me and our kids and hes always thorough explaining any findings. I can always get appointments and the staff is very accommodating. Once I showed up to my appointment, or so I thought, a whole day before. They were able to fit us right in. The office is set up in such a way that you start on one door and come out through the other. Makes the appointment easy and you know what to expect from the beginning when your insurance is verified and you are told what you are covered for. For this alone Ill keep coming back to them.

So after trying for 3 days to get ahold of the office to schedule an appointment, I was put on hold for 9 min to be told that they didnt have any appointments available. When I proceeded to tell the lady that I was upset due to the fact that I had left several messages with no return call for 3 days that Id have to go somewhere else, she laughed on the phone. Very disturbing that instead of making a new customer, the office would rather leave one with a sour taste in their mouth. Thanks but Ill pay for quality and service over disrespect any day.

I started going to Dr. Hardy the last few years, and Ive been very impressed by the excellent service that he and his staff provide. They are all very friendly, and my wife and I are especially pleased with the kindness of Dr. Hardy. Plus, everyone who works there is very knowledgeable and helpful, and we will continue to see Dr. Hardy. Its totally worth the drive from San Antonio and braving the construction on Walnut Street (which will hopefully be completed in the near future). Thank you, Dr. Hardy!

Great Experience. Easy to make a convenient appointment and everyone was so kind and accommodating. I really appreciate working with a Christian doctor who encourages a prayerful decision. I will not go to anyone but Dr. Hardy. I was lucky to find him after another doctor prescribed the wrong lenses and refused to alter them. He is methodical and extremely knowledgeable. He is patient and answers any questions that I have. I always trust my eyes to him! I have been going to him for over 10 years. He is the best!!!
