The only reason they are getting 1 star is because on my initial visit they were very nice and the office is very clean. After ordering my glasses i was told they would be in in about 5 days. 3 weeks later i called to see where my glasses were and THEN i was told the frames were on back order. I then started getting the old "they will be in tomorrow" Speil for the next three weeks. When my glasses were ready i came in to pick them up and when i put them on i could see beautifully all the way across the parking lot...... I however could not read a sign on the wall 2 ft away. When i told them something was wrong, i cant see close up i was told by the staff " you did not order lenses to see up close, you only ordered distance lenses" I was shocked first of all that they were so rude and unprofessional, second at the fact that their Dr had examined my eyes, asked what my profession was ( i am on the computer all day) written my prescription and not specified that i needed bi-focals. When i asked to speak with the DR she told me that i was supposed to ask for bi-focals when ordering my lenses so that the person ordering them would know. When i exlained to her that i felt that since SHE is the DR.... and SHE was paid to do my exam... that SHE should have discussed bi-focals with me at the time of my exam and written my precription accordingly, her response was to ask me how old i was. When i told her I am 47 she said.... " so its not about the glasses, it,s a birthday thing" To sum it all up..... RUDE DR AND STAFF, UNPROFESSIONAL DR AND STAFF.... THEY COULD ALL USE A REFRESHER COURSE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE..... I had to re-order the correct lenses at additional cost to me. NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

Very good experience here. My wife has used them for a few years, and I just got to the point of breaking down and ditching the "cheaters" for real glasses. They listened to what I wanted, like me were concerned about how I might tolerate, say, trifocals as a brand new glasses wearer. Just when I was getting used to them the frames came apart, I took them back and they fixed while I waited--after responding to my e-mail AND calling. I have a healthcare business in similar market, like these folks struggle to maintain a profitable, private, non corporate practice, while being able to attract quality, friendly staff in a nice facility all while competing with the low cost guys. They arent the cheapest place around, but you get what you pay for. I do believe they will work with you if problems come up, and if you want the cheapest theres always Wal-Mart. As the review process seems to be, most of the negative reviews are likely sour grape type things. Every business can hire dud employees, and even great employees have a bad day, that may be some of it--but I do think they would work through problems with a patient if you wanted them to. Will continue to use and recommend them.

This place is horrible, sure theyre friendly but cash is the only thing they care about, they will not work with you on costs... they refuse to change contact prescriptions (to specify a long trusted contact in lieu of the one they recommended for you) unless of course you got cash to fork out for another useless appointment when your prescription is totally fine as wine. They are over in costs and in any aspect of my return business, it is horrific I have to work across the street from this company because I have to look at their name every day I drive by knowing they could care less about the consumer and my ability to wear any contacts because they want money to change what kind Im allowed to get. Thanks for bieng my big brother and suppressing my need to see and commute to work because I decided to wear glasses the first month I had my prescription, now Ive lost the glasses to the river while kayaking and am forced to purchase the absolute worst contacts I have ever had in my 27 year long lifetime. Thanks two Rivers eye care your doctors must be soulless and money hungry. Sad to say but you are the new low bar standard for eye care.

This place is inconsiderate, I paid 50% for my frames and had a family emergency. They continue to call and harass me to come in pick up my glasses for a month, even after I stated I could not make it in and I would be in when I can . My father hand open heart sugary and was out of town. The staff is rude and the Dr had stated she was present for all the calls to me , that a lie.. it should not matter if its 6 months till I pick up my glases, since paid half of them. All they care about is money STAY AWAY. After the experience I even stated to them I wanted a refund since I was harassed and refused that too. I have also file a complaint to BBB

My husband and I have been patients of Dr Wiggins since she opened. I cant believe all the negative reviews because that has certainly not been our experience. We have always been treated kindly and with respect from Dr Wiggins and all of her staff. The office is always bright and clean and I stop by often just to browse through their selection of frames. I am always welcomed and they remember my name. I guess you just cant please some people. This office is awesome! Laura Kotzur

Dr. Wiggins is fantastic! Her staff was attentive and helpful. I brought in both of my boys for a regualr checkup and had the best experience. While the office had many patients, we felt that we had Dr. Wiggins and her staffs undivided attention. She is very thorough, thoughtful, and we were also out within an hour. After going to many optometrists we have finally found the one worth sticking with!

I agree with Charicters Invalid.....I just happened to see the response she got which shows the kind of business this is. Very defensive when the truth comes out. I saw this Eye Dr before....worst experience Ive ever had. Met a young lady that use to work here and she said I was lucky I changed eye doctors. I should have known not to go to an eye Dr in a strip mall....kind of like a cheap haircut.

Dr Wiggins and her staff were courteous and professional. Dr Wiggins answered all of my questions and her staff helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. I would most certainly recommend this office to family and friends. If you are looking for a eye doctor you cant go wrong with choosing Two Rivers!

Ive been going to Dr. Wiggins for almost three years and have always left her office happy. The front desk staff is accommodating and friendly, the technicians are professional and also super friendly, and Dr. Wiggins is one of the most genuine doctors Ive had. Highly suggest their office!

Dr. Wiggins and her staff were very helpful and nice. I felt the exam was very thorough and they took time to answer all of my questions. I ordered new glasses and am very happy with them. I am new to the area and am so glad to have found this eye care office.
