I decided to go to White Oak Family Wellness after a recommendation given by my wife. She saw Dr. Shah during her pregnancy and had nothing but good things to say about her. Not too long after, I injured my lower back and decided after a few days it would be a good idea to go see a chiropractor. I met with Dr. Gamble on my first visit and explained all my symptoms and from that point forward Im glad I chose White Oak. He really made a point to understand my injury and went through many different stretches and techniques to alleviate the pain I experienced. Our sessions usually went for a full hour and you are with him the whole time. From what I understand, many places you will only see the doctor for a few minutes and are usually with a nurse practitioner the rest of the time. Its one of those things not many people may think about when choosing a chiropractor. Long story short, I went here for about 6 weeks and Im glad I made the right choice. It is no surprise they have a 5 star rating. If you are in the area, I highly recommend White Oak if you are looking for a chiropractor. Thanks Dr Shah and Dr. Gamble for the care you provided to both my wife and I!

Love this place. All I can say is Dr.Gamble is THE MAN, and I really enjoy his approach on treatment. He was spot on in diagnosing my issues, in my case, without the need for mechanical screenings. His natural and non-surgical treatment methods paired with specific excersizes prescribed resolved my problems very quickly. My left arm was in constant severe pain with numbness to the fingertips, so bad I wanted to rip it off. Literally was on the constant verge of crying up to the point of seeing him. For my case he was able to quickly identify the cause with his simple testing methods, and the pain had completely gone away after a week (Although my case was a very quick recovery, and not everyone should expect this). I love he fact that part of his treatment process is to identify and strengthen areas which will help prevent injury to my problem areas, with a goal to require less visits in the future. I admire Dr.Gambles knowledge, and fresh approach to chiropractic treatment. The man knows his stuff, and a is a true professional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Dr. Gamble and Dr. Shah are chiropractors with integrity, empathy, honesty and excellent skills. Other chiropractors I have used have been in it for the insurance money. I have been a patient of Dr. Gamble for four months. He spends an hour or more preparing the muscles for treatment, explaining exactly what needs to be done and why. He takes the time to find out precisely what is wrong and listens to my concerns, always allowing time and connection. The cost is SO reasonable that I always find it hard to believe! I have never been to a doctor who so obviously puts patient care first above all else. I recommend to everyone I know that if they need a chiropractor, I know someone who will be honest, caring, extremely skillful, offer only the best treatment and listen to all concerns. These doctors are the BEST in the Fox Valley and Im sure for miles around!

White Oak Family Wellness is truly a 5-star worthy business. I first saw Dr. Gamble for a lower back issue and within 3 visits I was on my way to a full recovery. almost a year to the day later I had a similar issue and again, Dr. Gamble identified the underlying cause and was able to get be back to normal within 2 visits. He takes the time to explain the cause and is very throughout with eliminating other causes until he is confident he has a solution. It is very refreshing that he is looking out for his patients best interested as well. He is honest about treatment schedule and very flexible if something gets in the way of an appointment. Best part is he also provides stretches and techniques to do at home so you can progress between visits.

Dr. Shah and Dr. Gamble are wonderful to work with. I have been seeing them over the last year and can not Thank them enough for all the support, care, knowledge and guidance they have shared. They are very knowledgeable and very down to earth, where they take their time to explain what symptoms you have, what causes them and more importantly how to treat your pain and preventative measures for the future. They have great communication where they breakdown all the terminology so it is easily understood. So glad I have found these two to provide wellness care and knowledge that will allow me to continue to improve my overall health. Highly Recommend them both!!!!!

I started seeing Dr. Shah in my second trimester of pregnancy, and if it wasnt for her I probably would have spent the remainder of my pregnancy in bed. I had such severe SI Joint pain I could hardly walk. My baby was also breech at the time. After my first appointment the baby flipped the very next day! Dr. Shah is absolutely AMAZING! With the Webster technique along with Cupping I was able to truly enjoy the rest of my pregnancy. She has also seen my newborn, and we will continue seeing her long term. I would also like to add that shes very quick to respond to calls and emails, and extremely accommodating with scheduling.

We had a family who was down from Ontario Canada visiting some relatives over the summer. They are regular patients of my clinic. Some bad beds, too much walking and some high stress family situations led to some severe acute low back pain to one of our patients. She was treated by Dr. Phil over her 5 weeks on vacation and had nothing but great things to say. The best part, I called the clinic earlier this month to get some notes sent up here. Not only did i get to speak with the Doctor on the first call, they faxed over more than enough information with in 5 minutes. Thank you Sir !

White Oak Family Wellness is so wonderful! Dr. Shah has been working with me on my neck and back pain for a couple of months now, while Dr. Gamble has worked with my mom, and it has been doing us wonders. Both doctors are extremely kind, caring, and knowledgeable. The environment is friendly, and the office is extremely clean and comfortable. Dr. Shah has gone to great measures to make sure I know everything I need to know about my treatments and has developed a great relationship with me-- I look forward to seeing Dr. Shah at all of my appointments. Absolutely recommended!

Dr. Gamble and Dr. Shah are the best. Dr. Gamble helped treat my husbands bulging back disc. After some treatment sessions and directions for at-home exercises, hubbys back to 100% and without any painful (and not completely effective) invasive medial procedures. Likewise, weve taken our baby to Dr. Shah since she was 9 months old or so for adjustments and whenever she is sick. Dr. Shahs helped her either get rid of ear infections or prevent them altogether when we take her early enough. The doctors are patient, considerate, and knowledgeable. We wont go anywhere else.

The doctors here are very friendly and professional. It was my first time seeing a chiropractor and I chose them based on reviews and their knowledge of alternative treatments, should it be needed. After seeing other doctors and having physical therapy for low back and leg pain which constantly returned, the pain has finally reduced tremendously. Ive been seeing Dr. Shah who is wonderful! She always explains the process and treats you as if you are her only patient. I am extremely grateful to her for literally getting me back on my feet and into my normal routine.
