I made an appt with them due to a horrible toothache (whole side of my mouth was killing me). When I was at the appt, they were more concerned about doing a routine dental cleaning and talking about their teeth whitening products then focusing on my tooth ache. After X-Rays and the dentist did her exam she said that I needed a filling on my lower back molar and that was the cause of my pain - but it wouldnt be today "obviously". I asked how long the appt would be booked out because I was in so much pain and would like to have it done today (thats why I made an appt specifically for my tooth pain) and she just said "well the girls handle the scheduling up front." I started to cry and told them I just wanted to feel better and I have been taking ibuprofen and it doesnt even touch the pain. The receptionist gave me a paper slip that instructed my pain plan which was to alternate between Ibuprofen and tylonel and to come in 4 days later for the filling. I was so upset and in so much pain I went to an Emergency Dentist in Seattle and they could not believe this place! Advance Dentist did not even take the correct type of XRAY at my appt to see what what wrong with me and it was not only the wrong diagnosis but THE WRONG TOOTH. I had different molar that needed a root canal, build up, and crown. 5 hours later at that clinic and I am 10000000% better. I do not trust Advanced Dentist to work on me again for even a measly filling so I cancelled my appointment and will find a dentist that knows how to do their job. What they did was not acceptable AT ALL.

The dental cleaning consisted of flossing..thats it. The hygienist believes that people who are concerned about amalgam fillings are uneducated. After my "professional" flossing, unbeknownst to me, my teeth were covered in bubble gum fluoride crap. I was instructed to let it harden and keep it on my teeth all day! The lady said fluoride is a vitamin! But I know better, flouride is toxic and detrimental to your health. Brushed my teeth as soon as I got home. The dentist seemed nice tho. Also no free toothbrush..not a big deal but my first time not getting one at at "cleaning".

The exam itself I got there went well, although I waited longer than expected to actually get in the back and then see the actual dentist. My main concern was the staff and their overall attitude. The receptionist seemed very angry the entire time I was there. The dental assistant and actual dentist both had a poor attitude and were borderline offensive on many comments they found "funny". Despite mentioning it, they continued on until I left. Luckily it was just a quick check-up and I will not have to go back ever again.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Abedi for some years now. Initially I was skeptical and apprehensive. However Dr. Abedi has been kind, considerate, and understanding. She will explain everything and not hold back. Her staff has had a few changes all for the better I must say. Recently my wife and I had appointments on different days, yet when I went in with my wife, they found a way to treat me at the same time, thus savings us an extra trip! And the treatment was excellent as always!

Advanced Puyallup Dentistry is by far the best dental office I have ever visited. After being treated poorly elsewhere, I am so happy to have found this office. The compassionate staff and both of the Doctors care deeply about their patients. This includes keeping the paitents informed throughout treatment. Since going to this office I have referred many family and friends who now currently attend and love this dental office. Thank you Puyallup Advanced Dentistry!

Started out just needing a exam to get papers filed out. Ended up making this my dentist office of choice. Great staff, Dentist is professional and they work with you. Its a small office but its realy homely. I see someone elses review was bad. Im sorry to see that when they have only had good from all my friends and me.

Dr. Donnelly was great. Had 2 fillings done quick and easy. Dentist is caring and was attentive to my anxieties about dental work. Also took my 2 year old and they were great with him as well! After much searching, Ill definitely be making this my regular office, would recommend.

They didnt fill my teeth properly and kept trying to push a whitening and whitening products or than care for my teeth with pride. I feel that they should take their time and try to do a good job rather than trying to push the non-existant covered dental procedures

This place is Amazing! I have been going here since I was a child and now my son is going here. They have always made sure that I was comfortable and explained everything that they were doing and why they were doing it. I would recommend this place to any one.

The most unprofessional place EVER! The dentist was rude and judgemental with 0 personality and plain rude and insulting. If you have fear of dentist DO NOT GO HERE! They make you feel horrible about yourself. Also the staff is rude and wont answer your calls.
