I came into the building in the beginning of October 2013, having only brushed regularly for about three weeks after around 10 of ignoring my teeth. I went in expecting to have to extract every single tooth in my mouth. Its the middle of December 2013 now, and thanks to Nikolina Arthur helping me get insurance, and me brushing and flossing as much as shes recommended, Im going to be able to keep most of my teeth for the rest of my life. Seriously, thank you Niko, not just for your time, dedication, and your excellent work, but also your compassion, and your faith in me. I saw more compassion from you than with any counselor Ive ever come across. People like her give me faith in humanity, and remind me that there is a lot of good in this world! Thank you so much Niko! I also want to thank her assistant Nathaniel(Sorry, I dont remember your last name, and I couldnt find it listed anywhere.). Youre awesome man, with your own compassion, and your help with my teeth as well. Please, keep being who you are! And of course everyone else in the building was great as well. Please, keep up the great work everyone! Overall, I cant recommend the place enough!

I have had a cleaning and a crown. I recommend this office because of the following. The doctor is great... she is young... current on new dental procedures and she has a kind and caring nature... also she is meticulous about her work, and conservative about her treatment plan. The Staff... they are friendly and professional... the hygienist is also pretty meticulous and she really focuses during cleanings... I want my teeth cleaned good, and she got right to work without all the chatter... and I just liked her.. she was cool. The assistant who helped with the crown prep was a good guy and the temporary he made for me feels like a real tooth... and looks like a real tooth.... so I am real comfortable wile I wait for the permanent crown. Also he was good about telling me how to care for the temporary crown. I have gone to dental offices and felt like they wanted to sell me a bunch of cosmetic things to make money like whitening my teeth and movie-star smiles... well I just want healthy teeth and gums... and this office feels like a great fit for me. I love going to this dentist, the whole staff is superb! I mean its the dentisit, who loves to go there? This place rocks!, actually looking forward to the next visit. Called last minute for an appointment and was offered a same day visit. !! Dr. Arthur is caring and compassionate and willing to go the extra mile to get whatever you need done. Thank you Willows Pond. :) Jennifer G. from Az .... 2 years later. > Dr. Arthur was so absolutely amazing and I am SO, SO upset to see she has left and wish the ABSOLUTE BEST for her, husband and new addition. But she DEFINITELY left an AMAZING replacement. Dr. Singh is very down to earth, totally knows whats going on and what he and genious staff, SO CONGRATS again Galina on wonderful baby, are up to. I had a new patient cleaning and exam there today and I can wholeheartedly recommend this dental office to everyone! The team members are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone takes the time to explain things to you and to make sure you are comfortable. The dentist, Dr. Nikolina Arthur is simply a jewel. She gives you so much attention and care that you will feel almost pampered. You can tell that she actually cares about you and your health. The cleaning was pleasant and very thorough and I left feeling extremely satisfied. The office itself is inviting and VERY clean. They have put a lot of thought into the decor and organization of the place. The bathrooms are spotless. They do in-office whitening as well with Zoom! and I will be coming back for that for sure. Highly recommended to anyone who values quality!

My experience with Dr. Arthur was so great! She did 2 fillings for me. It was over before I knew it, I couldnt believe it when she said we were finished. The procedure was quick and painless with no sensitivity during or after. Both she and her assistant were very gentle and I felt comfortable and relaxed for the entire time that I was in the chair. Such great bedside manner. Her equipment was very up to date with digital xrays that showed up on the computer monitor. I was so impressed! She answered all my questions and was able to concisely explain everything to me. I have to go back for another filling and... for the first time ever I am not dreading it. Thanks to Dr. Arthur and her AWESOME staff for a job well done. I would highly recommend you guys to anyone.

New name, some new team members, same practice. Ive been visiting this dentistry office for nearly 15+ years and there have been some changes in staff over the years however they must be doing something RIGHT!!! Every dentist that has operated this facility has done a wonderful job. Dr. Singh has done a wonderful job of treating my teeth and Ive been here 4/5 times since the rollover and Im very satisfied with the team. Galena and Nate are top notch hygienist that make this environment complete and comfortable. Even Tami at the front desk is a rockstar at working with your schedule and insurance needs. Going to be a longtime patient with this team!!!

Dr Z is the type of person you can imagine being great friends with. For me that is a big deal. The dentists i have come across seem to only care about teeth and money. Dr Z cares about me as a person first and that means the world to me. i trust his decisions about my oral health because i know he will propose treatments like a friend and not like a business transaction. I had my teeth cleaned by an amazing hygienist. Amber was very knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough. She gave me some great tips on how to reach some of those hard to reach trouble spots. I also love Dr. Nikolina Arthur. The office is very professional and has a comforting environment for any age... I believe that my teeth are in the best hands! I moved here from Michigan at the end of 2014. One of my concerns was finding great doctors. I was very fortunate with my dentist in that I actually just walked by the office and the receptionist did a good job selling me on Dr. Nielson. I have not been disappointed and feel she is actually better than my dentist I left in Michigan. And just as important, she seems to have all great hygienist there.

Im new to the area and new to Willows Pond. I LOVE this practice for so many reasons. The location is convenient. No waiting in the waiting room or the dental chair - you have an 11:00 apt - they see you at 11:00! The staff are professional and competent and Dr. Arthur is very hands on. Im so afraid of the dentist and yet this group was able to put me at ease. Im so happy I found them!!!
