Im one of the toughest dental patients on earth. Over the years, Ive learned some tricks from high quality providers who helped me to get the best quality with the quickest possible recovery. Ive outlived those great dentists and was again looking for a quality provider. I asked my AWESOME Primary Care Provider, Shannon Markegard. She recommended her Dentist, Covington Family Dental Clinic, and told me they would care for me on the same level as she does (very tough to beat). Dr. Markegard was right. I love these guys! My hygienist is the SAME person every time (no contractors)! The folks who do my appointments and billing are the SAME every time (no turnover)! Dr. Blair, is a marvelous practitioner who works with me to do what I prefer, rather than what he prefers. He is young, steady of hand and has marvelous vision. Ive never had dental work that turned out perfectly the first time in my life, especially under the stress I bring to the chair. Theres no way I can outlive him, so hes stuck with me for the rest of my life (poor guy)!

The name "FAMILY" Dental Clinic is perfect for these professionals because you are treated like a member of their FAMILY! I moved here from the East coast in 2011 having to cut ties with my trusted dentist of many years. A new friend recommended this dental clinic to me and I am so very grateful! Quality care and personal attention have been given to me by my friendly hygienist Lindsey and my expert dentist Dr. Blair. They are proactive in paying attention to my dental health and spend as much time with me as necessary to provide superior service and educate me as well. I am also impressed by the commitment of this staff to travel out of the United States to volunteer their time and talents to help those with serious dental needs, in poor remote areas and with little access to the routine care I so easily can obtain. I highly recommend a visit to this dental FAMILY for quality care, smiles and inspiring stories :-)

See another Dentist!! The staff is super nice but the dental work is TERRIBLE. We never had any billing issues. They let you pay what you can as long as you pay monthly. BUT- my husband and I both had fillings done and had immediate problems with them. Painful pressure issues when eating and serious temperature sensitivity when the teeth didnt bother us AT ALL before we had them worked on. My husband has gone in 5 times to try and correct the error, a couple they didnt anesthetize him for, but to no avail. Mine Im just suffering through because I HATE going to the dentist. We are finally fed up and heading to another dentist. Although the customer service was great and they did give us an Applebees gift card for our troubles, it doesnt make up for the poor dental work. After all, thats what you go there for. My advice, see another dentist!

What a great place! I rarely enjoy a trip to the dentist, but I must say that my experience at Covington Family Dental Clinic was exceptional. The reception staff were organized and courteous, always reminding me of upcoming appointments and being accommodating when I needed to reschedule. The clinical staff were always warm, friendly and professional. Dr. Blair took care of several fillings and a crown for me. I am often times very sensitive to dental procedures, but Dr. Blair was fastidious in assuring that I received the proper anesthesia. He worked hard to make sure that the crown fit well, and I have not had any problems since it was placed. I can’t think of a better place to get ongoing dental care.

My previous dentist in Ballard tried to schedule me with 6 fillings and a mouth guard fitting without even talking with me first. I couldnt afford that all at once, and I’m not sure I needed it. What I really appreciate about Dr. Blair is he speaks candidly with me about the relative urgency of any extra dental work I might need, prioritizing which areas need filling sooner, which can wait longer, and which areas only need monitoring. That way I can make an educated, cost-conscious decision based on his recommendations, choosing for myself what to fix and when.

I have anxiety when it comes to the dentist, and am ashamed to say it took me too long to get in. However, I was able to get an appointment quickly and the entire staff is friendly, professional, and out me right at ease. Dr. Blair was very thorough and listened to my concerns. Not only did he listen to my concerns and offer options for my anxiety (i.e., music, nitrous, etc.), he went over all my questions and I felt like I had a voice in my treatment plan. Everyone at the office made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend giving them a try.

I have had nothing but great care at CFDC! I orginally went to Dr. Russell when he had an office in Auburn - too many years ago to remember when! I had not been to a dentist in years after a very bad experience but he was reassuring and led me through all the procedures! Now I can attend my appointments without gripping onto the chair arms anticipating the worst..... Janet (my hygenist) is awesome and all the staff are great! I would not even consider going to any other office. Chose these guys - you wont regret it!

Nelson and I have been patients of Dr. Russell for more than thirty years. We began while he was in practice at the Auburn clinic, and we followed him to his practice in Covington. We trust his skills and knowledge, and we really appreciate the family-friendly office staff. While our kids were growing up, they went to Dr. Russells office, too, and they liked everyone working there as well.

Going to the dentist is usually never anything someone looks forward to and it helps that when you do go the staff makes you feel comfortable. The last dentist I went to (at a different office) made me feel extremely uncomfortable and the whole experience was overwhelming but at Covington Family I was very pleased with the staff and how they handled my care.

Dr. Blair is the best dentist Ive seen. He and his staff are friendly and know how to set patients at ease. More importantly, they are thorough and communicate openly. I really appreciate the time that Dr. Blair takes to assess my situation and communicate it to me, as well as to invite and answer my own questions and concerns.

The staff and service is amazing. They are kind, friendly and honest. I am alway excited to go here because they make me feel like part of their family. My daughters, age 4 and 9, love going to the dentist after going to Covington Family Dental Clinic!

I just went to Dr. Blair at Covington Family Dentistry for a cleaning and loved my visit! I dont normally like dentists, but he was really personable and friendly and put me at ease. I also liked the way he numbed me slowly so I didnt feel a thing.
