Let me start by saying that this review is LONG over due. I visited Brownstone on 11/10/2016 at the recommendation of a friend. It was close to my house and had same day appointments, and I keep hearing the radio ads, so I thought it would be good. I made an appointment with Dr. Shere. Arrived 20 minutes early and waited 45 to be seen. Fine, other patients run late, doctor runs late, I get it. Sat in the patient chair for another 45 minutes before anyone even came to see me. I was then taken for x-rays, and sat for another 20 minutes. Dr. E, a dentist that I did NOT make an appointment with came in, looked at my x-rays and my teeth for no more than 2-3 minutes, called some info back to the hygienist, and proceeded to tell me that I had 9 cavities. I have NEVER had a cavity in my life. The only dental work Ive ever had was braces. I was blown away. I take good care of my teeth and just couldnt fathom having that many cavities after never having any. I sat for another 15-20 minutes, and then I was taken into the office to discuss payment and finance options to get my cavities filled. They told me it would be $200+, but they would take monthly payments. I declined and stated that I would have to schedule the fillings at another time. She handed me a box of whitening strips and took me back to the chair. I sat for another 5-10 minutes, and then Dr. E and his hygienist took me to another room, where Dr. E cleaned my teeth. Less then 10 minutes for something that, in the past, has been at least 20 minutes and done by the hygienist. After all the waiting, I didnt care anymore, I just wanted out of there. I did not make a follow up appointment, due to holidays, doubt, etc. Fast forward to today. I was uneasy about their diagnosis of 9 cavities, so I went to another dentist office for a second opinion. I was upfront with them and explained that Brownstone had stated that I had 9 cavities. The dentist came in and spent about 5 minutes checking my teeth. Wouldnt you know it, I have ZERO cavities! Not even a single one. I showed him the paper quote from Brownstone and he checked those teeth again. Still nothing. He looked at the x-rays, the hygienist looked at the x-rays, I looked at the x-rays. NOTHING THERE! I must point out the obvious here: the new dentist could have very easily said yes, you have the cavities, and I would have taken their second opinion and had them filled. But they didnt, they were honest, they didnt try to squeeze me penny insurance for extra services that I didnt need. Instead, they scheduled me for my next cleaning in May, thanked me for coming in, and I went on about my day. Moral of the story, avoid Brownstone at all costs. Sure, they have a catchy jingle, and they promise affordable dentistry, free teeth whitening with your PPO, and a free cleaning and x-ray if you dont have dental insurance. But you could have perfect teeth and end up paying to have non-existent cavities filled. Dont even get me started on what they may have done if I agreed to have the "cavities" filled there the day of diagnosis. TL; DR-just find another dentist office that you can trust and go there.

I wasnt sure what to expect from the Brownstone Dental Clinic,but my fears were turned to trust.I met first with the two receptionist and they were nice and friendly.I guess they saw I was a little nervous,because I started asking questions about financing and stuff.They told me i justed needed to wait and talk to Veronica.n ext,i had a x-ray and my Dr did a exam of my teeth.He did a excellent job of making sure i understood the process if i was approved for care,He would do his best to provide me with satisfactory results.I next saw Veronica and she really was so friendly and encouraging to me.I wasnt sure if I would be approved for dental credit assistance,but it didnt take long to get approved.Veronica went step by step on the cost of each procedure.I felt comfortable with her and she seemed like a very honest person.I recieved my initial treatment that same day and can hardly wait until my next visit.I know my mother will be proud to see the difference in her son.

I called Brownstone last minute and they were able to get me in the next day even though Christmas is around the corner. They had quite a few customers, but they were still very quick. Plus, I get free whitening with insurance. Im happy Im able to help support the local business, but I dont think Ill be going here again. The dentist that did my cleaning did not do such a great job. I can tell that they are all about volume and speed there. Luckily my new insurance provide 4 cleanings a year. Also, I have filling residue on the side of my tooth that I can not remove (it is not covering a cavity). Ill definitely be going somewhere else. Two stars are for customer service.

The staff was friendly and welcoming from the front of the office to the back of the office. The dentist seem to really care about my personal needs. Dr Shere talked me through each step of my procedure which brought ease. The financial consultant was very friendly and answered all of my questions. She helped me determine the best way to take care of all of my needs at the least expensive rate available. The paper work process was fast since you can complete your paper work and set appointments online. The wait time was not long. I love this place!

I recently had to get my wisdom teeth removed and I was recommend Brownstone Dental. Dr. Shere was very professional and he explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. He took his time to make sure I was comfortable and made sure to minimize my pain. His staff was very nice and explained all the details of the insurance billing. They were very clear and concise about what options I had, as well as the best option they recommended. All in all it was an pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend going there.

I was having a difficult time dealing with a chipped tooth that I had since 7yrs old ... when I found brownstone ... at first i was told something different then what the doctor told me... so Mariam the CEO came and talked to and found an option for me to smile again... they took me in and filled in my chipped tooth for me... I am beyond excited because I can smile again and let alone feel confidence again... Mariam and Brownstone literally save my life

Horrible experience. The Doctos where extremely rude and it felt like I was in a car dealership. They wanted me to do all 8 fillings that afternoon. The sales lady insisted it only takes 30 mins. ARE YOU KIDDING? I only needed a basic routine cleaning and according to the doctor I only needed a polish. So he only brushed my teeth. Of course they charged my insurance a routine check up. I AM NEVER GOING BACK! I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.
