Excellent caring, empathetic, and personal service. They are very knowledgeable and will take time to answer all your questions and determine an appropriate treatment plan. Kudos to Debbie, Erin, and Martha for all their good work. Been awhile since Ive had pain relief in my back and they put me back on my A-game within a couple of treatments. I can for once see the hope of a full recovery even as the treatments of other providers have failed. A Big Thank You to all the folks at Norman PT!!

Grossly overcharges, our bill was all screwed up, billing us for things that were never done. They wouldnt correct the errors and threatened to send us to collections (we were never late, but they knew we werent happy with the billing.) Their initial estimate was completely wrong. We were shocked after the bill arrived. I ended up owing over $600 for 3 visits. The treatment was definitely not worth the cost.

Staff is very friendly but they tend to over-book their patients. Erin has 2-4 patients scheduled at the same time, with therapy sessions lasting for 10-20 minutes. My therapy sessions with other businesses for previous rehabilitation needs was always 30-60 minutes with a dedicated physical therapist.
