Awful, awful and more awful. They have the worst medical ethical manners. I wanted to put a grievance against them and they wouldnt let me write to Dr. Lags to let him know of the horrible treatment i was recieving. They treated me as a drug seeker. I have suffered from chronic pain all my life and for the first time in the laat 2 years i have been treated with meds and its sad that they treat every patient as a drug seeker. I also became severe allergic to some meds and they wouldnt change the medication. They wanted me to take over the counter. If my pain would be relieved woth otc meds i wouldnt need to see them. Glad my doctor refer me elsewhere

The Thousand Oaks location is HORRIBLE. The office staff play God and the new guy is a self righteous prick. They know nothing about chronic pain and treat every patient like they are addicts looking for drugs. I will NEVER go there again and if I could give it zero stars, I would. Oxnard is a little better, at least they see you in the order you arrive and dont make you wait three hours while taking other people ahead of you like T.O does.

Winchell Elbo went from the best to the worst. Wont accept a BLOOD test showing the meds in my system. This is now the 5th day without pain meds. Lags is where my addiction to narcos came from now she cuts me off because I couldnt pee. I offered to, and did get a blood test, they arent acknowledging it.

Ad post doctors offices.. They schedule appuntamento at 12:15 pm... Still not see 2:15 pm. This is a ridiculous.. People are in pain. This spinale tap procedure take 15. minutes...

office girls are rude. The doctor thinks everyone is there to get addicted to pain meds so expect to leave with Ib prophin and stay in pain
