I have never seen medical professionals who have been this unprofessional. I recently moved to Santa Clarita so i had to change my doctors office from UCLA to providence. I definitely see how rude and how unprofessional the front desk staff have been behaving. They are so rude that if they cannot answer your question they just hang up on you. The only reason I go to this office is because of doctor Rachel Long who has been very sweet and repeatedly apologetic for the careless behavior of the front desk staff. Worst health care office I have ever been to. Definitely will never be going back to this horrible place!

From the initial phone call to the the smiling front desk I have always been provided with the greatest of care. The are quick yet efficient in getting me back to be seen, with or without an appointment. I have never felt rush and in fact felt Dr Joy gave me her undivided attention and truly spent the time to listen. I too have recently moved back to Santa Clarita after having been gone almost 20 yrs not having the best opinion of the health care in this valley. All I can say is this clinic has changed that for me, thank you TEAM PROVIDENCE URGENT CARE, Valencia!!

My family has been going to this office for at least 5 years and have always been impressed. They have several good doctors who are caring and want to help you. I love that the facility has almost everything you may require in an urgent care situation - blood draw and x-rays on site. Appointments are accepted, but I usually end up just waking in and rarely have to wait long. Overall, I highly recommend Providence Medical in Santa Clarita.
