All I can say is towards staff . I had a bad leg injury in another state that required emergency surgery. Surgeon was stated on paperwork to get to orthopedic surgeon immediately. I made my phone call to Conejo Valley medical group The next day when I got in town. I waited 24 hours never heard anything I called three more times and left messages and never got a single return phone call. I physically went into office and asked why they have not returned any calls? They promised me they would call me back with a scheduled appointment. I waited four more days and left four messages again and never a single return phone call. I went into the office again and all they could say was "I was out that day?" Bottom line is I find it very disturbing that this office cant return phone calls very unprofessional. I called my exchange and changed my group ! Not good ! And dont get it ??? Now I know why they have a security guard out front.

Dr. Rahlee and the staff was amazing. Ive been fighting with doctors and Medicaid for over 2mths, so my mother would get the care she needed. No one listened and when we were able to get in to this place, I thought here we go again. Ive been caring for my mother since Oct 16, she had been very ill and shouldnt be alive today. Ive been around since day one, so when you finally meet a doctor who listened to me and did everything my mother needed with a fight was amazing. I recommend this place but the wait is long so dont miss an appt or you may wait another 4 to 6 weeks, but trust me its worth the wait. Im going to start going there now.

Raheel is one of the worst PCPs Ive ever had to deal with, and thats saying something when Ive seen more than 10 PCPs within the last 2 years. She does not listen or give care to your experience, she just runs test and deems, or should I say assumes, abnormalities as insignificant without any further questioning or investigation. I mean if youre not willing to listen to the experiences of a patient because "numbers show otherwise," youd rather just put in an automated filter to tell you what kind of specialist you need to see without having to waste time and resource of a "physician." Staff was great though, very friendly.

Ive really been turned off by most of my experiences with various doctors threw out my life (righteous, pompous, generally uncaring demeanor, unwilling to listen) but here literally one doctor after the other that Ive had experiences with (Mark, Gretta, and one other from their urgent care) makes you feel like they genuinely care about your concerns and listen to what you have to say instead of disregarding it. Similarly they give you the time that you feel you need as opposed to getting you in and out as quickly as possible.

As far as govt provided services go (Post Office, DMV, etc.), this is the best experience I have ever had. I feel like they arent just there to earn a pay check and do as little as possible in the process. They have taken care of every one of my requests and done so quickly. You cant really ask for much more under normal circumstances and for a govt funded program, its a pleasant surprise.

They sent me to collections two years after I left there by mistake. When I called they said the accounts were paid in full and they were sorry. I would have to agree thats pretty sorry. Nice of them to attempt to ruin my credit for doing business with them. If you go there be prepared for this possibility.

Dr. Kroening BEST DOCTOR EVER! Lucky to have had her deliver my baby girl. Shes true real caring. I ll never change her. She answers questions in a manner easy to understand unlike other doctors. Shes like a friend. Our family loves her ☆☆☆☆☆ The Alomars Laiza, Aiza & Jose

I was please with the care that I received at this urgent care. Front reception (Liliana?) was knowledgeable and helpful. Nurse (Enma?) was pleasant and skilled. I especially liked the Urgent Care Doctor, Sandra Tuero, MD. I would definitely seek treatment here again.

In the Urgent Care next door Sandra Tuero gave me the best care Ive had for a while. She was professional without excessive use of medical jargon. I would definitely go there again. Set aside some time though, as the wait times are usually around 45 minutes.
