First timer and absolutely 100% going back! My 2 year old son had a accident at school and needed to see a pediatric dentist asap. I called around to so many places only to be turned down for one reason or another. When I called Lone Star Pediatrics I was so relieved, immediately I was taken care by the receptionist as she had given me a same day appointment! When we arrived we were greeted by some of the most friendly staff, my son got to play games and activities in the waiting room, and the murals on the wall were just so beautiful and fun to look at. The doctor was so patient and we were in and out in no time. My son was given a ballon, wonderful care package, and to my surprise his first movie ticket!!! I seriously recommend Lone Star Pediatrics to anyone searching for a pediatric dentist, go check them out, you will be amazed!!!

Absolutely the best dental experience! This place is friendly fast and very thorough and helpful! Before my appointment the staff called me to advise of traffic issues around the area and even mentioned the office would be dressed up for Halloween :) my daughter dressed up, took a picture and even decorated a pumpkin before we left. They even showered us with gifts including movie passes!! The doctor was very informative and showed me X-rays and explained issues and causes also included information for future prevention. The dental assistants were very gentle and had lots of information including tips and tricks for my childrens hygiene appropriate for each age. My son is 12 and my daughter is 7 and they both had a great experience. I would recommend all my family and friends and would give them 100 stars :)

We had a pretty good first experience here. The front desk staff was really patient with us as I got frustrated trying to sort out an insurance matter. I thought the dentist was really nice, and the hygienist was good with my kids. One thing that bothered me was she kept comparing how the kids were doing. My 5-yr-old is usually ok with dentists and doctors but was feeling hesitant and she kept saying "wow, look at good your sister is doing, why cant you be like her? shes littler than you but doing so much better!" when all he needed was a little reassurance and help feeling comfortable. He wasnt acting out, just being shy. It was kind of annoying, thats all. He didnt seem very phased by it, but it bothered me nonetheless. We have to go back for a cavity filling next week so we will see how things go then!

I cant express how AWESOME this facility and staff are. My child has been going there for years and the service never changes. It just keeps getting better. They are the most warm and gently people you can entrust your child with. The facility is child friendly, there are spaces there for your other children to sit and entertain themselves while you deal with the true patient. The dentists are so understand to a childs need and have the most patience. Every time I leave there Im almost in tears by how they take care of my child, who WAS terrified of the dentist at one point. I would suggest this place to everyone. We are not going anywhere until they kick us out at 18 years, nine more to go. Thank you Lone Star Pediatrics for your services!!!! You and your staff are AMAZING!!!!!!!!

Lone Star Pediatrics Central Office is a great facility. We used to belong to another dental location but it was too congested and the appointments were set up one on top of the other. This location was smooth running and we were were seen at the time we were scheduled to be seen and did not have to sit for a long time waiting to be called. The wait area is very clean and set up really nice for the children, My boys really enjoyed this location and to me that is awesome that they can feel comfortable especially at a dental office. The staff was very courteous, friendly and very helpful. I am glad that we were able to find a location that we feel very comfortable with and that is conveniently located to us.

If you are looking for a pediatric dentinst in Austin Texas than Lone Star Pediatric Dental is the place to go. I am just moved to Austin a couple of months back. I have a 7 year old who is absolutely afraid of going to the dentist. I had a friend recommend this place. I have to say I am glad she did. Dr. Montgomery made my son feel at ease. This is actually quite difficult for me to do, and I am his mother. I cant get my son to sit still for 1 minute much less 30 minutes. I am really impressed with this place. The women at the front desk are simply amazing. I have never met such a group of welcoming people anywhere much less at a dentistry.

i took my 2 1/2 year old daughter here last week for her first dental visit. they were so nice to us. they were very warm and friendly and made us feel comfortable. everything looked clean and sanitary. they made the visit as quick as possible for my daughter. they even gave her three gold coins to use for surprises (excellent way to take her mind off of the fluoride treatment she had just received). she has been chatting away about the dentist and its been easier to get her to brush her teeth. the dentist wants us to come back in 6 months. this is definitely our pediatric dentist office going forward! thank you lone star pediatric!

We tried this dentist office when we first moved to Austin and hated it. The front office staff were not very friendly. When my daughter was getting X-rays and I had to stand in the hall with my other two children other staff treated us like we were in the way. The dentist was not very friendly either or particularly good with kids (which is one of the reasons you go to a pediatric dentist). I just had a bad feeling about this place and couldnt wait to get out of there. We never went back. There are much better pediatric dentists in Austin.

The entire staff is warm, friendly and helpful. They are nice on the phone and in person. The wait time for a regular cleaning was less than ten minutes-including paperwork. The nurse staff are well informed and treated us with great respect and importance. The doctor was quick yet thorough. The doctor asked if there were any questions and offered regular cleaning tips. The treasure box at the end of the visit is simply a m a z i n g for the little ones. Very happy to have found a friendly and informed pediatric dentistry :)

This was the first visit for my two daugthers and we totally loved the office setting and how everyone was so nice and welcoming when we arrived. The treatment from the front desk ladies to the awesome assistants and doctor was so great. Im so glad Ive found a office that also does dental and Ortho all in the same place. The front desk staff were very helpful with all my insurance information. I will be for sure sending more family and friends to the office!!!!!!!
