Nightmare!..worst people I have ever had to deal with ever!! Its dirty and needs a serious face lift. They actually left my teeth in disrepair and refused to fix the situation. Dentists completely ignored my distress and would not address the mistake. Not to mention they wanted to do work that another dentist said was not even necessary! They over charged me by 400 dollars more than other estimates! They are rude, incompetent, and try to get you to let them do the work by intimidation. They will mess up work they are doing so that you have to pay them to fix it. They office and work spaces are run down and dirty in comparison to the other offices. You would think you are on the bad side of Ft Worth. It took them three hours to give me an estimate on having my teeth cleaned!! I will never go back here!!

I was going through major toothache pain I called Monarch Dental in Granbury. they seen me the same day, I had told them I just wanted to get my tooth extracted. I was asked if I wanted to save my tooth and I told them no They scheduled for my tooth to be removed the next day. They were very kind and professional I was so nervous, they made me very relaxed and comfortable and my tooth was removed about 15 minutes with no pain I would recommend them to anybody. My most recent visit was actually my second visit to Monarch in Granbury (for myself, my husband is seen there also) & I absolutely LOVE the staff there. They are all so friendly and welcoming. They do their best to keep your experience a good one and to fulfill your needs in a timely fashion. This visit was jiat a generql check up & my past visit was to have a tooth pulled and they did an amazing job. I highly recommend them for all your dental needs.

Wonderful experience with every person in the office from the receptionist, dental hygienist, orthodontist, financing coordinator, and the dentist. All three of our kids were seen, and braces were put on all in less than 2 hours. Very efficient office and lots of friendly smiles, highly recommend Monarch Dental in Granbury for all your dental and orthodontal needs!

The staff was great , it is clean and professional. The dentist was kind and did a great temporary filling for my granddaughter, who was in pain. She was pregnant and couldnt have full work done until after the birth of her baby. He knew what to do for her and it was very inexpensive. Thank you Monarch !

Couldnt be happier with this dentist office! The doctor was friendly, knowledgeable, and had a great overall chairside manner. The staff was friendly and efficient, and I wasnt charged an arm and a leg. :) This is one happy mamma of four.
