I chose Lakeview Dental two days ago for a tooth extraction after visiting their office the previous week for a consult/second opinion. I was very impressed with everyone in this office. From my first phone call to schedule an appointment to the end of my procedure, everyone I came in contact with was so personable and professional. Dr. OGrady and his assistant Jona made me feel so at ease and were so kind, caring and gentle. Dr. OGrady explained everything he was going to do and also why he was doing it. All my questions were answered in great detail. Today I was pleasantly surprised to receive a personal phone call from Dr. OGrady to check up on me. I know most people dont like the dentist but I love mine! Thank you Dr. OGrady and the staff of Lakeview Dental!!!

Dr. OGrady completely transformed my smile - he was incredibly attentive to every detail of the cosmetic portion of my dental work, and I couldnt be more thrilled with my new smile. Given my dental anxiety, and reluctance to even go to the dentist, I did need other work as well - Dr. OGrady and his staff have been incredibly patient and kind - and always do whatever they need to do to make any proceedure as painless as possible. In fact, I trust Dr. OGrady so much that I now have my daughters seeing him for their dental care. I have complete confidence that Dr. OGrady will always take excellent care of them.

I have been going to Dr. Heizer since he began his practice in Granbury. He is very good. He explains what he is doing and helps you feel comfortable with everything. He is honest and upfront about his recommendations. The ladies in his office are equally kind and friendly. The techs are the best around. all of them will answer any questions you have. I very much recommend seeing Dr. Heizer and his staff. You cant go anywhere better!

Dr. Heizer has been my dentist since he began his practice here in Granbury. He is an outstanding dentist who really cares about his patients. He always explains to you what is going on and never rushes into the most costly procedures. His entire staff is very caring and you can feel and tell they love their work. Wonderful!!! They saved my tooth!!!! They were very pleasant, didnt leave me sitting for any length of time, professional, informative, and personable. I went in for a second opinion and... they saved my tooth. I really needed it for eating lol. I am quite pleased and grateful. I would highly recommend Dr. OGrady and his assistants. Great team.

This was the best dental experience Ive ever encountered. From the office staff, to the dental assistant and the dentist, I couldnt have met nicer people. The environment was very casual and comfortable. There was a toy castle in the waiting room for my pre-k son to play with while we waited. My 13 yr. old son came out and commented in how Dr. H visited with him. For my teenager, that says a lot :)
